1 starI contracted with Precision Painting Plus (PPP) to paint the exterior of a house located in ************ ** (Project #******). The house was to be power washed, loose paint scraped, holes filled and 2 coats of paint applied. The contract stated a one year warranty against any chipping, peeling or bubbling. The loose paint was not scraped properly in all areas and pealing paint was painted over. Some bubbling of the new paint has occurred and paint is pealing in other areas. PPP considers the back and forth motion of the sprayer to be equivalent to the 2 coats they quoted. I notified the project manager about the loose paint at the end of the job and assumed it would be resolved but no action has been taken. I have contacted PPP by phone and text at least 4 times about the initial issue and the other problems I found later and now 3 months later no action or response has occurred.Review fromAnthony B

Precision Painting Plus ****************************************************************** Is dishonest, not trust worthy or a reputable company. I am the owner of ********* Professional Painting L.L.C and my customer wrote a ****** review- (******************************************************************* copied and posted my review from my client as their own on their website and also replied to my client as well as post the same pictures that was not theirs as if they provided the customer service. It seems that the difference is quote is pretty significant which would lead me to believe there might be a difference in the scope of work . In late spring 2022, I needed to have the framing around my new garage doors painted. The framing, however, was pressure treated lumber and the oils needed to evaporate before painting could begin. The work was started in September, after the pressure treating evaporated, and was completed in one day. Work included filling any defects in the wood, priming, coating, and second coating the wood.The job was more expensive than other quotes that I received but I think in this case, the extra cost was worth it. I'm pleased with the job that was done.Precision Painting Plus

******************** and team did a very professional job, which they completed within my timeframe requirements. When I asked them to come back to fix some imperfections they did so promptly. My rating should be read as a 4.5 star because their office took longer than I expected to send me their certificate of insurance to start the job. Other than that, a good experience from start to finish.Precision Painting Plus

I hired them to skim coat and paint ceiling, repair and paint walls, install baseboards.I worked with ***** ******* from Precision Painting Plus.It started very good with skim coating of the ceiling and following paiting, the ceiling came out very smooth and nice. Nevertheless, before start ***** promised they remove all the lightning fixtures to keep it clean. They did not. When it came to final payment ***** agreed I do not pay some minor part until they come back and clean the lightning fixtures. They never did so. And he never mentioned it again. It was the first ring that something is not right with the project management. Later it was very hard to reach out to *****. He did not respond to calls, ignored text messages. It takes significant efforts to communicate with *****. During communication he always blames others for everything: exterior painters stole his blue tape, is just one silly example. He commited to come afternoon or next morning, never appeared, never texted or called to let me know something is happening and could not make it. It is not that hard just to update, much better than keep silence.The walls were painted more or less good, but later his promised ETA. Even painters were not agreed with his estimations. They left the place with paint drips here and there. For unknown reasonthey painted over some outlets plates (like cable, or vacuum). Some other outlets they left with visible gaps around outlets. Many spots on walls with paint peeling off, some not sanded spots, etc. ***** promised they will come back soon to get it fixed, but two weeks later still nothing happened. The last part was to install baseboards. Their first attempt was really horrible. Even ***** agreed it was done bad. So, with two days delays baseboards were completed. Unfortnately, while they re-installing baseboards after themselves they also scratched and dented walls.The worst part is communication with *****: missed calls, unanswered messages, talking bad everyoneDmitry M.

He personally clained he has electrician license and insisted to hire him to do electrical work if neeed, after all the experience I will not give it a try.While ceiling painting experience was outstanding, all the rest not done good. I might recommend Precision Painting Plus for ceiling work, for the rest you better look for other options.Precision Painting Plus
