    When a business does their customers as dirty as this, I feel compelled to warn others. I bid on an item I was really excited to have won, and when the invoice didn't come until 2 days later, that was the first sign. The second was the curt email exchange for when and where to get my auction item, which I was promised that there would be someone to meet me at the day and time I requested. The third was the abandoned building at which the address for this business is listed. I circled around looking for any signs of a business and found none. I waited a half hour -- after driving over a half hour to get there in the first place (one way, mind you) -- and after multiple voicemails and an email requesting any kind of contact, none came. It's been nearly a week and still nothing. This is not an honest business, and should be avoided at all cost.

    Online Auction. Called told item I was bidding on was brand new in box which is same as pictures on auction page. Won the bid went to pick up the item at noon when was told they would be there and they didn't show up until 2. Pickup was a shipping container behind a run down building which should have alarmed me to start. They took my cash then gave me a box that was destroyed with pieces missing and bent rods for an outdoor swing. One lady said she would give my money back then they refused. The other lady said i probably stole the bolts and bent the rods. Swearing and unprofessional. Website even states only sell quality merchandise and if unhappy money back guarantee for 30 days. Refused to give me my money back and said auction states sold "as is". I get it is an auction however i called and was told it was brand new in the box. Called ****** company they run under and they are aware as well. Filed complaint with Consumer protection agency and here at BBB. Wrote review on their ******** but they since removed the ******** page probably to remove my review and just start another one. Do not deal with this company or bid on any merchandise through them. They are an unprofessional scam and treat their customers like garbage.
