      RealEats shipped an order of food that I did not order. I had tried this meal service one time last spring. I texted them a STOP message to unsubscribe to text ads on 8/10/22. Instead, they shipped a duplicate order from last spring that I did not order. I have contacted them twice by email on 8/31/22 and 9/1/22 and also left a phone message on 9/2/22. I have no response. I have uploaded the email notice. I am seeking a full refund of $69.95. The billing was 8/31/22.

      I received a voicemail from RealEats about 3-4 days ago. They will send me a refund. I consider this closed. I have read that they fraudulently place repeat orders to other customers that they did not place. My credit card company refunded my money on 9/15. I appreciate your support!

      Real Eats uncanceled my account without my knowledge 6 months after I canceled (in that period I was completely inactive / never logged back in). They auto-ordered meals and charged my credit card ~$119. I was only notified after the meals had shipped. I reached out to Customer Service when I realized an order had been incorrectly placed asking for this order to be canceled and my account to be re-canceled. I was informed that the meals had already shipped so it could not be refunded, but they offered me 25% on my next order. I explained this was not acceptable as I did not want the food and the benefit she offered did not make sense given it would require I order meals/spend money at their company which I had no plans to do. After further emails, they noted there was a system change on their side that caused the account to toggle back to on (with no notification sent out) but still offered no refund even though it was clear this was a system issue on their side / I did not make the change. I pushed back on this, but they simply suggested I enjoy the 25% off and login to manage my account. In my last email, I reiterated that I wanted my account canceled as it seems they continue to suggest I order/manage my account after I've noted multiple times I do not want their service. I do not feel I should be responsible for the ~$119 charge and am concerned that they will continue to make orders without notification/consent (even if I did go back in and cancel again today).

      Real Eats is a meal delivery service that I signed up for. The first box of meals was to be delivered Wednesday, August 31... I received a notification that the delivery was going to be late, not arrive until Thursday, September 01. That was the last communication I received. I called and left messages and sent emails, receiving no replies. Last message I sent was 4pm today, Friday, September 02 informing them at 5pm I was contacting the BBB. I stated I wanted my money refunded in a few of the messages I sent. Now it is 5:12pm and I still have not received any communication from them or my money, I am VERY disappointed.

      I attempted to change / cancel my order on the seller website at 9pm EST on 8/25. This is well before the time limit expired for cancelations. Since the site was not working I sent the attached email asking them to modify / cancel my order. The following morning the seller responded with more things I needed to do, which in the middle of a work day I did not have time to do, so I once again asked them to cancel the order. They claim that I needed to let them know earlier to cancel. However their website was not working at the time and I did in fact ask them to cancel via email. They continued to refuse to help me after many other attempts to reach them.. also attached. They also refuse to accept a return of this product but happy to do so. Last thing to note, the item was shipped out on 8/29, and asked them to cancel on 8/25 and 8/26. (attached) I am looking for a full refund of $96.93 and them to pickup the food they sent me that I requested several times to be canceled.

      I set up an account with Real Eats to provide meals for my husband who is a housebound stroke victim so that he would have healthy meals while I was on a trip. I gave these folks my bank debit/credit card and only chose two weeks worth of meals for my absence. This was the last week of June 2022. They have contacted me many times via text message since the original order, but I have declined to receive any more product. On August 26, 2022 they deducted $206.82 from my checking account. I did not ask nor chose any meals and I want my money refunded to my checking account. I am on social security and that is a financial hardship to have those funds gone. I have emailed this firm three times, no response. I have called twice and no response. Please help me.

      I signed up for their meal delivery service in February 2022. The terms were that you can set it up so that auto ship is not on by default. This was a selling point of the service. I never received once had autoship turned on. After 3 weeks I stripped ordering meals but did not permanently close my account. This week I received food. They will not refund me. They claim first that system updates turned on the autoship and it's my fault for not getting that reminder email. The last reminder email from them states the opposite: "Remember to head on over to your account by 11:59pm ET if you want delivery next week.". They are refusing a refund of the 69.95 they charged me through ******. Also I am not the only person this has happened to this week. I can see reviews on their ******** page stating same experiences, and also on ******.

      I did not authorize a charge on my credit card. On 6/24/22 they placed an order for 119.99 and refuse refund. I did not respond to an email they sent asking me if I wanted to order. I have sent several emails, they will not cancel or refund. I have disputed with my bank as well since they did not response until hours later.

      I had created an account and placed an order for delivery. Within a few hours there was a family issue that will force me to be out of town for an unknown amount of time. Being that was within the time frame to change or cancel the first delivery I did so. I then cancelled the account completely. The first delivery had said it was processing by the way. They sent me an email confirming the cancel of the account but said that if the order had processed they can stop or refund. Since it had not said processed I figured it was a go with the refund. I then had them in a chat and they said no that I will still get the delivery and that the delivery is actually processed upon creating an account!! Nowhere does it say any of this, it simply said I could change anything up to 11:59pm on Thursdays which I did at around 6:30. She then offered me a 50% refund which lends me to believe this happens a lot. I said no but she did it anyway and escalated to have a manger call me. I want my full $145.87 back. You cannot expect people to know something if it instant in writing! I did what it said to do according to there site. And I simply want my full refund back.

      I had repeatedly told this company to STOP sending food delivery because the food was awful and overpriced. They made it almost impossible to cancel. Which I see they finally fixed probably after numerous complaints. They delivered another unwanted box of food and charged me $100 for it while it was left outside by ups to be eaten by raccoons. All I want is my money back. This is no way to treat a customer. I dispute the charge on my card and apparently they lied and said I wanted the food. All I want is a refund and for them to stop sending me anything or charging my card. I’m living on a fixed income as a 100% disabled veteran and this charge is taking food out of my sons mouth because this company is greedy. I was looking for something easy for me to prepare but the food was just disgusting.

      This customer had selected to pause her RealEats account for 4 weeks on 2/10. On 3/8 the account resumed as it should after a 4 week pause. We do send reminder emails in regards to the account resuming and the order processing.To cancel the account the customer just needs to log into the account, click my account and can cancel at anytime. This is easily available or they can send an email to support requesting the account be cancelled.The customer did reach out for the first time to support on 3/12 their order had processed on 3/10. At this time this order was already in process for shipment and could not be cancelled. Due to the email sent we had let the customer know that the account was paused and unfortunately it was too late to cancel the order at this time but we did cancel her account as she requested. There was not several emails or call to support requesting the account be cancelled as stated.All of our policies are clearly listed on our website under FAQs and we do send reminder emails and texts in regards to the order, but once an order is processed for shipping we are not able to cancel and refund the order.
