    will i ordered a rim online thinking that this rim would fit my vehicle but the tire shop tech said it would not fit so call service so the person that answered the phone was not helpful was disrespectful and told he was sending me a return label that still waiting for and i had to pay to return the rim

    Sell cheap stuff These wheels are not reliable. If you don't mind changing them every 2-3 months because they will crack . Happened to me twice . They have all fake reviews on the wheelership site . Everyone knows trust pilot works with the employer , I wouldn't take those fake reviews seriously

    Thought I'd add this review to offset some negative reviews as my experience was completely positive.I ordered a rim last year to replace a cracked rim due to a pothole. While their website did show they had OEM wheels available for my year and trim, the actual rim that showed up, while similar was just a little different then what I had installed on my car but was in good condition. To their credit their pictures did represent the wheel I received, and it looked very similar, but wasn't quite the same.I contacted the business to see if I could get a refund. They provided me a prepaid return shipping label and refunded me entirely for the wheel. This all happened fairly quickly. While it didnt work out for me, they were responsive and quick to resolve my issue.I wouldve given them my business again if they happened to have my actual rim in stock.

    I purchased a set of 2018 ***** CR-V brake pads from this seller as listed on their Amazon.com storefront. The item was listed as "Raybestos Premium Raybestos Element3 EHT Replacement Rear Brake Pad Set for Select 2017-2021 ***** CR-V Model Years (EHT2037H)." The brake pad set I received was a completely different brand and model and is not for my vehicle. The packaging says, "MGI Disc Brake ********D1841-**** For 2016-2021 ***** CR-Z HR-V."I immediately contacted the seller through the Amazon site to notify them that I had received the wrong item. The seller's response was that they sent their brand of break pads because they don't carry the brand I need. In fact, management not only confirmed that they don't carry the brand of brake pads I ordered but also that Amazon does not allow them to put their brand on the site so they try to match the item and fulfill the order with their brand. So basically they are doing the old "bait and switch" scheme which is in violation of the ************************ Act. Buyer beware!!

    I ordered my rim on Monday at 3pm and it was delivered to ******* ************ with in 24hrs next day Tuesday ! Excellent service!
