We hired this company to resolve some faults on our fire alarm panel to prepare for our inspection. They came and fixed all but one fault and the technician informed us that they need to locate a part. During this time, the communication was fine and the project coordinator was willing to respond to our emails and calls. Then the project coordinator told us that they tried another part but is not working and he will talk with senior technicians to come up with a solution and schedule another visit. Nothing from him for 2 months and I had to chase after him to get updates. There are other technicians in the conversation but they never responded in any email regarding this situation. What I'm getting is "Our management is reviewing this and will get back to you regarding any comments", and I never received any comments until I keep on calling and emailing them. They send another technician and told us that our system is too old and need to be replaced. The project coordinator told me that they can give us a quote to replace the system or provide us a discount since we already paid the full amount, and they can provide us a letter regarding the issue to the inspector. Since today, we did not receive any of the 3 the project coordinator agreed to provide. He is not responding to any of our emails or calls, and their main office just transfer our calls to the same project coordinator. They don't allow us to reach their management level. The same project coordinator doesn't answer our calls and we only managed to get through a few times when we change our phone number or blocked our caller ID. No one from this company seems to care about their customers once they received the money, and hope we will stop reaching out and that will be the end of it. So far, this is where the direction is headed, nothing will be done and they will never going to reach out to us. This lasted over half a year. Be aware when they are unable to fix the issue, they will try to ignore.
