      This gentleman has been on the job for over a year he has not completed it it was an insurance claim he has blocked my calls the job is totally incomplete and The work is Totally unsatisfactory never put the electrical work back the way it was at this point it is a fire hazard

      The photos submitted by the customer pertain to parts of the basement that were not included in the sewer damage insurance claim. Once we began the work that was agreed upon it became evident that there as extreme existing moisture damage that would not be covered under the original insurance claim and would have to be paid for outside the sewer damage insurance claim. We entered into a verbal agreement with the customer. The existing damage was extensive. We began gutting the parts of the basement that were not included in or affected by the original insurance claim and the complainant balked at the additional funds and locked us out of the workspace. None of the photos show the 200 square feet of the basement that were affected by the sewer damage we were hired to resolve. That work was completed in full satisfaction of the insurance claim. The homeowner has submitted photos of the additional work that was begun to address the existing moisture damage to the entire basement. The homeowner as stated above balked at having us complete the work as it would not be covered in the Insurance claim, and locked us out of the job.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Regards, ***** ***** Okay I want the work finished or some money back the owner of this company is a lier as you see in the photos the first thing to get damaged was the floor but yet the floor has not been replaced the photos show the whole workspace the electric is totally unfinished who does work that was not covered by the insurance company it was a large sum of money and all she did was give me some painted sheet rock there’s a hole in the floor where he dug and said he was putting a sub pump
