Ed 10/2023 Gave him A deposit of $3K for a job he claims to be well knowledge with, and had an experience crew. After many delays in starting the job, I ended up starting the job myself, and demo the older porch completely by myself. When rock had to be cut out, he claimed to have the tools for the job and would do it, he did not have the mason cut-off saw, and I ended up buying the tool for it, and then he never showed up to cut the stone, so I ended up doing that too. When he came up with the supplies he needed for the new porch, he was way off on his estimates for it, and I had to cancel the order and order the supplies myself. When it came to starting the holes for the sonitube holes, the first hole was off by 24" ! So I had to start the holes myself, once the holes where FINALLY done, with my help, they didn't know anything about mixing and pouring concrete for the holes, so again I used a concrete mixer and had to stay there with them to add the water for the right consistency to pour. And then I never saw them again, but heard excuse after excuse of his delays in ever showing up. I ended up with other help in doing the supports, floor joists, and decking. And ended up hiring a professional contractor, that I've had work done for me before in completing the railing and roof. So he made $3K in easy money, with roughly 9(nine) man-hours of useless labor. Thinking that he would be considerate in doing other labor for me in exchange of the $3K he got from me, he told me to take him to court for it. Unfortunately I found out afterwards, that he was thrown off another job for not knowing anything about basic carpentry on another job. Beware of this person, he will make promise's to you and guarantee his professionalism, and even willfully do "extra" work of being nice. In the end, it didn't matter that I am retired and not being the best of physical health, I truly felt afterwards that he took complete advantage of that.

I gave him money for some house repairs 7 months. Havent seen him since.Come to find out im not the only one hes did this to. He took 5 grand from a watertown couple and never showed up to do the work. Im filing a criminal complaint with the sheriffs dept. Dont give this guy any money.youll never see him or your money again
