This place is a scam selling refurbished furniture, scammed me and my wife for $3700.00!!! Beware lf ******** Nav **** **** and *******!!! DO NOT PLACE ANY SPECIAL ORDERS THEY WILL JUST PULL A BAIT AND SWITCH ITS BEEN 4 MONTH SI STILL HAVE NO COUCH OR REFUNDS THEY ARE BOUNCING ME AND THE WIFE AROUND FOR MONTHS ON END!!! None of their products are made in ***** they say made in ***** on the bottom of their couches!!!Jennifer Furniture

The customer ordered a special order sectional & the customer came back again and changed the leather and configuration. We provided an ETA of 12 to 16 weeks for special order furniture. The customer came back once again, with the *** not even yet 16 weeks & reselected to something else that was available and in stock. Even though we were not able to cancel the order with the factory. The first delivery the customer rejected because the sofa arrived with a small stain. We again scheduled a 2nd delivery - a special delivery for next day at the *********** frame the customer chose. The customer rejected the second sofa because it was still unsatisfactory for them. At this point, Jennifer Furniture took a loss of $600.00 on delivery fees plus paying for the original furniture the customer chose since the order could not be canceled with the factory and refunded the customer in full. We did everything the customer wanted but they were never satisfied.Review fromChristopher P

1 star**************** was excellent but ********************** is not a Furniture company they lies saying their furniture comes from ***** but thats totally fabricated lie. Their Furniture comes from Bobs Furniture. I bought Furniture for my whole house they said its coming from ***** but its not I found out few months later my daughter worked there as an intern she told me exactly what they do. I purchased a leather sofa from Jennifer convertible and I had it for 20 years without any issue just normal wear and tear. Approximately five years ago, I bought another sectional from Jennifer convertible and the leather is peeling. A sofa that cost me $4000 should not be peeling. Their quality has really gone down and there is no ownership by the company. Even the armrest were not built to last. It is very disappointing, and I will never buy another one.Jennifer Furniture

Unfortunately, this order was purchased under the old Jennifer company in 2018. All manufacture warranties cover 1 year from the date of purchase. The extended warranties do not cover peeling. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for contacting Jennifer Furniture.Review fromShannon O

I purchased a sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. They substituted the mattress I purchase with another one without notifying me or consent. When I questioned it, they said the one I purchased was no longer available. The replacement mattress is not memory foam, nor on their website. I have no receipt for this mattress that was delivered as my receipt is for a different brand mattress, therefore no way to have a warranty covered. I purchased a set of sectional chairs for my living room. When the store contacted me to confirm details, I found out that the furniture was too big. I canceled the order less than 24 hours after ordering, and I have been waiting to hear from them regarding the policy. The only time that I spoke with a “manager” she was persuading me to just put the merchandise on hold and not canceling it. I have been calling, sending emails and trying to get a hold of them. Today I contacted them through their website and someone told me that my order was not going to be cancel and that they were going to hold the furniture until I was ready. They are pretty much forcing me to make business with them. The store policy is that cancellations are guaranteed under 72 hours of placing it. I’m going to escalate this situation as far as I can.Jennifer Furniture

I purchased a sectional couch with supposedly high quality leather finish . Received 1and 1/2 years ago . Also got service contract through ****** . Leather finish is wearing off . Jennifer Furniture says that ServCo is liable . Servco says Jennifer Furnature is liable . Getting a run around . From both companies .Jennifer Furniture

I purchased a Living RoomSet, with a Worry-Free 5 Year Plan Guarantee, from Jennifer Furniture online on 4/30/24. I received delivery on 6/7/24. On 6/23/24, noticed a rattle in the right arm of the sofa and, when pressing on the upholstery, could feel the frame was unattached. Contacted customer support and were directed to ******* to submit a service claim. We noted that this defect was not visible upon delivery or within the first 72 hours due to its internal location. I submitted photos, a video of the noise of the loose frame piece, and manufacturer and warranty info.We were directed to five different service companies before contacted over a month later for an appointment. The day prior, they canceled and rescheduled. When the technician came out and opened up our sofa, he said that there was no evidence of the frame being fully assembled and was missing glue/nails/ screws/brackets and the supporting crossbar of the arm fell off and was a manufacturing issue. My husband took pictures. The tech pushed the piece of wood back into place and someone would be contacting us within 48 hours regarding the status. Nobody has called me. I have called ServeCo numerous times and ask to speak to a manager, and they are never available. ServeCo said they are going to add brackets to this one section of my frame. My concern is the entire frame is missing brackets and they said I can file claims as my couch continuously falls apart. The frame issue is a "manufacturer defect" but since they can repair it piecemeal, I can't return it.I have over 20 emails, 35 calls and 2 service claim numbers recorded with Jennifer Furniture online and individual stores, but no one answers nor returns calls. **************** agents told me issues are with *******. ServeCo denies this. I requested a replacement with a comparable set or refunded. 3 months ignored, ServeCo threatening to close my request, this is the worst customer service and blatant disregard of "worry-free" warranty.Jennifer Furniture

Purchase a sofa a year in a half ago and its been a headache since day one. Poor quality little hair strings are coming out of the sofa every time someone sits on it. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone save yourself and go to ************************.Spent over ******* of my hard working money on an L shape sofa and the quality of this scream cheap cheap!!! Highly disappointed. I feel the need that I should be fully reimbursed at least half of my money if not at least rewrap the sofa with better material.Jennifer Furniture

1 starI just want to say that the online store is the worst experience ever! I implore you to not use Jennifer furniture online. When I placed an order for a $3,000 sofa they said that it was estimated to be here within 2 weeks time. Now they're saying it's another five weeks potentially for delivery. I asked for a refund considering that I have not received the item and they were not truthful about when it would be delivered upon ordering. They clained it was an "estimated" time. When i was called by a representative to verify the purchase they said it would be "around" that itm. I figured maybe a few days later or a week. Instead I get an email it might be up to 5 weeks! If I would have known that it was over 5 weeks to be delivered, then I would have never ordered from Jennifer online. Now they are saying that I owe 30% of the entire purchase plus the delivery fee just for trying to cancel the order which has not been delivered and has not been shipped. This is the most unethical type of practice (bait and switch) that a business could employ and I urge you to reconsider where you are making your purchases from when you are purchasing furniture. It would have been so easy to refund me and have a future happy customer, but they prefer very unfriendly tactics once they have your money!Review fromBrianna F

Ordered a living room set along with the $200 white glove delivery which was charged at checkout. A week goes by so I call to get an ETA for delivery since there was no follow up.Miraculously I get a call within an hour from the same woman that I requested the delivery eta from and she tells me there will be an additional $250 fee for shipping/set up/ delivery. I explain that I already paid the $200 fee for this at check out. If there are additional charges it should have been indicated at check out. This is very disappointing since I was truly looking forward to this living room set. However, the way that the order was handle leaves much to be desired and is deceptive business practices to say the least.Jennifer Furniture
