            i went to Northwell Health Labs at West New Brighton *********************************************************************** on friday the 29th of sept at 12:45 pm for my scheduled laboratory blood draw apt. when i told the lab tech that her needle was really hurting me as she put it in my arm, she laughed at me and said seriously in a rude tone. I felt very disrespected and upset. I have a medical condition and use your lab on a weekly basis. This was not the usual tech assigned to this lab. Thank you.

            Don't call Northwell Health ever! They have incredibly long *********** I understand short staffing and the need to wait on hold, but over 40 minutes to reach someone in the Lab and over 50 minutes to make an appointment with one of the doctors and during that time, the office closed. I know this because I called on my other phone. They never cancelled the call or said anything. I would have been on hold forever. How do you expect people that work a daytime job to contact your company? No one wants to wait on hold for their entire lunch break or stop working to wait on hold. Our time is just as valuable as yours. This is pathetic. Why don't you pay people a reasonable rate and they just might want to work for your company and give it their best. Otherwise you get this type of service.
