              I DROPPED OF MY 2017 CADILAC ESCALADE ESV FOR REPAIRS ON 9-20-2017. SERVICE CENTER GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF $3199 AND I APPROVED THE SERVICE, AFTER 2 DAYS I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ****** WHO INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD COST ADDITIONAL APPROXIMATELY $4000 TO FIX THE ***** TOTAL $7000 PLUS ) . I DISAGREED WITH HIM AND QUESTIONED HIM WHY THE ACCURATE ESTIMATE WAS NOT GIVENT INITIALLY. HE SPOKE WITH HIS MANAGER ***** AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL FIX THE *** FOR $3199. NOW IT HAS BEEN OVER THREE WEEKS AND THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED AND RETUNED TO ME . THEY ARE KEEPING MY TRUCK HOSTAGE. EVERY TIME I CALL I HEAR A DIFFERENT EXCUSE.               With the passage of a year since my horrific experience of leasing a Buick at this dealership, I am taking the time to remind customers to beware. Through either a horrible mistake (or worse), I was provided with a car that lacked the feature most important to me, one that I had made clear was essential for my needs. ***** was that upon returning to the dealership within hours of taking possession of the car, I was repeatedly lied to by ****************** and later, ************************ as to a possible resolution of the problem. Ultimately, it would cost me between 10K and 20K to actually get a car with the feature I had thought I was getting. Though car dealers are not known for honesty, these two stand out for their ability to look one in the eye and prevaricate. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

              we are very sorry to hear that ****************** is not happy with the purchase of his Buick. ****************** provided us with a copy of a window sticker and requested that we get him the exact car that the window sticker showed. We got him the exact car from another dealer and delivered to him. The car he wanted did not have adaptive cruise control (ACC). after ****************** picked up his car he came back and said that the car did not have ACC. We offered to get him another car with ACC but he did not want to pay the up charge for the Adaptive Cruise Control.
