              May 20, 2024 10:06 am I received a voicemail from Elizabeth at Wellington Capital Partners for another person, Zachary S*****, that they are trying to contact. They think because I'm related to this person, I will embarrass him into contacting them. How dare they call someone else to contact him. That is against the law isn't it?! The Privacy Act! His personal information released to me.

              This company has threatened me numerous times. Both Susan P***** and a man named Rick have both talked to me like I’m a dog. I have been yelled at and have been refused information about an account they claim I owe. Susan will call numerous times of the day and leave voicemails demanding for me to call back. When I did call back I asked to speak with someone other than her and she cut me off and yelled no multiple times. I called back and was directed to a manager named Rick, and he would not listen to anything I was telling him and told me I was not going to yell at him or tell him anything and that if I didn’t pay he is going to slap void on everything and I can go to court. The fact that they talk to anyone like this and threaten them really is scary and sad that no one finds it as harassment or against certain laws
