I placed an order with Gold Stone Skincare on July 3, 2021. I ordered the scar butter and the essential bundle for a sale price of $128.00 + $9.00 for shipping. My total was $137.00. After reaching out regarding a delay with shipping, I finally received a package on August 9, 2021. However, the only products inside the package was the turmeric soap and the glow mask, from the essential bundle. The bundle should have the glow mask, turmeric soap, and a glow drop serum. The scar butter was also missing. I emailed the company twice regarding my issue and I have not received any response. I've requested the remaining items be shipped to me or that I receive a refund for the products I did not receive.
