The order was placed for requested delivery 12/1. While I was placing the order online, I was also on the phone with the business I explained I needed them sooner than the website allowed, she changed the requested delivery to 11/26. They left a voicemail asking if they could deliver the week of 12/6. I called back and had to leave a voided stating that was not going to work and I needed the order either overnight delivery or cancel the order. My order was not delivered until 12/6 and the item is no longer usable. The business is refusing to refund and allow return of the item despite their delays and awareness of my needed timeline.Initial Complaint

On Nov, 13, **** I placed an order (#********) online for Item RP-473 and VP-**** for staff Christmas presents. Both items were marked as "ready to ship in 4 business days." I received notification on Nov. 16, that item VP-**** had shipped. I received no word on RP-473 which was the more expensive item. On Nov. 30, 2021 after receiving no update I called customer service. I spoke with ******** who was very helpful I thought. He said the item was back ordered due to them not being able to get one of the items. I asked if we could substitute it for a similar item and he said yes and also asked when I needed the item and that he would expedite shipment to ensure me that I received them on time. Tomorrow, I was the date I told him I needed the item but I have received no shipment confirmation. I called to ask about the order which is now marked "in progress" only to have the lines pick up both me and another customer at the same time. The customer service representative then disconnected my call and when I called back I sat on hold for over 43 minutes only for the business to close leaving me on hold. I am going to request a refund tomorrow.Initial Complaint

We ordered 55 blankets for our employees for Christmas. The order was placed November 17, 2021 at 1:19 pm eastern. With estimated delivery being 14 days after artwork approval which was given Nov. 19th. Making delivery no later than Dec. 8, 2021 plenty of time to give them out before school ends for Christmas break. After checking on the status on November 29th I discovered that the item I ordered was not available. I called & spoke with a rep only to discover they only had 33 in the color I ordered. So I said do the remaining in another color so I can have them. I was to receive a confirmation email. After waiting 5 days and still not receiving an email I called again to be informed that the order hadn't even been started and was not even close to production. I was told the earliest I would now receive order was the 21st. To late for what I needed. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive an email confirmation of cancelation. I'm currently sitting on hold Waiting to find out where that email is. I think I have been scammed. Hoping for my $1959.33 refund but not optimisticCustomer response

Ordered a large order of custom t-shirts on September 22nd. Received an email on September 23rd asking me to approve the design prior to production. Responded to the email that day with approval and the estimated time for arrival was 7 business days for production and 2-5 business days for shipping. Contacted the business one month after the order had been placed, to which they told me they had not started production on my order at all. They told me I could expect the item by 10/26. I contacted the company again on that date, to which they told me they still had not started production on the order, offered me a 10% discount and told me they would work to get the order to me by 11/5/21. It is now 11/9 and I still dont have the order. Ive attempted calling them to which they tell me I need to talk to a supervisor, attempt to transfer me and then I get disconnected.Customer response

On 10/2020 ordered 33 book bags. They were too small, contacted customer service 11/20/2020, said to return them. Returned 12/15/20. Refund arrived postmarked 5/3/21, but check was dated 2/24/21. Check was written to my husband's work, even though his name was on billing, shipping and ***** On 5/17/21 called ***** ******** said **** asked if we would take the check to my husband's company, ask them to cash the check and give him the money. ******** said had to speak with Supervisor ******. Following day 5/18/21 tried to speak with ******, did not take my call, but CC me the email to the ******* requesting another check. A second check was dated 5/27/21, postmarked 6/2/21 BUT IT IS STILL WRITTEN TO MY HUSBAND'S WORK!!!! Contacted ****** and ******* 6/6/21 still waiting on a response.Customer response

I had received a coupon code for $100 off from the business. I used that coupon at checkout. All looked good. After I ordered it, I received an email. The email showed the breast cancer kit was the coupon code I entered. I am a school PTO and only ordered the item because it was $100 off. I contacted them immediately asking them to not ship until we figure the issue out. Also, when I checked out I chose the slowest shipping (less money). On that email after the order was placed, it showed the fastest shipping (most expensive). They credited the shipping to be the lesser amount. They could not fix the 1st issue because it took them several days to get back to me and by then the ordered shipped (on 8/11 I believe) . They told me that I could get a free FedEx call tag. I said let's do that. I'm still waiting! I have called several times. I ordered this on 8/7 and now worry that it will be "too late" to return. I expect a full refund at this point for the issues that I have had.
