Purchased at a show on 4-26-24. Wasn't explained had to boil to be able to reuse. I told them multiple times wanted these for use on motorcycle trips. Staying in a hotel is not conducive to being able to boil for reuse. Also found very difficult to click, was afraid was going to puncture. Found current price for massage is $200 less than I paid. Called 3 days later for a refund and told "they don't issue refunds "* ****** way to do business.Initial Complaint

I bought this product to help my mother who is 90 years old and has a bad back. I was VERY clear that that was her age. They assured me how easy this would be to use. They didnt mention anything about a bag needed to boil the gel. They didnt mention that it took 20+ minutes. They only told me how easy it would be for her when I over and over old told them I was worried about her being able to use it. My 90 year old mother is not going to fuss with this thing in boiling water and then try to insert it into the back brace (while it is boiling hot!!!).Initial Complaint

I purchased ClickHeaters Lower Back Thermal Pad which was guaranteed to work which it does not. It takes a long time to heat up and the heat pad does not last long. Upon using it the first time, I placed it on my coffee table when it got cool and did not notice that the pad had a tiny pinhole in it. The liquid leaked all over my coffee table and roomed the finish. Whatever's in those bags destroyed my coffee table. I paid a lot of money for this product. This is unacceptable They talk about the warranty over and over again what they don't tell you is that it's replacement only and you have to pay to ship it back, even though it's defective. I would like my money back, but I don't think I'll ever see it. This company should be shut down immediately and a class action suit should be filed. SCAMMERS!Initial Complaint

Purchased Click Heat Shoulder pad on 01/28/24 at the ** show - ******** ****************** CT. Agent stated pad could be used both hot and cold. Agent did not fully disclose that unit needs to be boiled for at least 20 minutes each time once device cooled down. Device did pop from cold to hot as promised. When used as a cold device, unit pops in the freezer and cannot be used as too stiff. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. As instructed by agent, did register on their website. Would like to return for refund. Side note, was travelling with friends and they purchased as well. Their unit not working at all. Will encourage them to file complaint as well.Customer response

I currently have three Click Heat units that are not working. Two are rectangular in shape approximately.13.5 x 5 and one is a neck unit 16.5x 7. I have boil them per their instructions and they do not return to a liquid state. I boil them longer and still with the same result. They are all crystallized and unable to work for the intended purpose. All units were purchased at a trade show I do not have receipts I seek an exchange. I currently have a neck issue and went to use one which is one. I found none of them to be working properly.Initial Complaint

I purchased multiple Click Heater products at the ********* Health Expo. When I got home my wife tried to use the knee heater and the product ruptured. I requested a replacement after going through their website and registering for the "lifetime warranty". I also sent an email with photos of the defective heater. I received an email from the company telling me I had to pay $14.95 for shipping and handling for the new heater. I responded by email telling then that their salesman never said there is a fee for a defective product or warranty. The salesman also was deceptive by not explaining the heaters had to be boiled in water after each use to "reset" the heaters which is not user friendly and wastes energy to boil water after each use.I requested they send a new heater. Never received a reply email. I called and left a voicemail and no response via the phone. I re-emailed but by now I had 2 ruptured heater packs as the foot pack ruptured all over my carpet which is now stained despite multiple cleaning attempts. I requested a full refund and I will ship at my cost the poor quality products back to the company. No response I will contact my CC companyInitial Complaint

Despite boiling my click heat (which I have only used a handful of times) it will not return to its normal, liquid state. It doesnt become solid again, but it does get quite clumpy//think gooey. Today, I boiled it a bit longer to resolve this issue, and one of the circle impressions popped apart and now its really swollen//filled w air and wont resolve itself. Would like this repaired or replaced please as it was quite expensive.Initial Complaint

I purchased the back pad for $75 at a pinners conference a few weeks ago, November 4, 2022. We have tried everything to get it back to liquid state and no matter how long we boil it for, it turns rock hard after it cools. It does not work at all like they said it would, and I have been searching all morning for contact info/website and these guys are no where to be found. I just want a refund on this product that completely misled us and now have disappeared. They gave no receipt. They also outright lied saying the product is normal $150, which it is not, its $99. Their workers were just saying anything they could to make sales and most of it turned out to be lies. There is no contact info on the box and no receipt was emailed like they said it would be.Business response

I purchased both the *************** and Back ClickHeat products. The products do NOT work as promised! Marketed to people looking for relief from pain, this has caused nothing but more pain and difficulty. My skin was left burned and itchy by this product. Despite following the directions to "Use ClickHeat again," which takes a considerable amount of time and effort, they both recrystalize. The cost, time and effort to use these inferior products is not worth it!Business response

As per the information listed on our packaging; we recommend using a damp cloth/towel between your skin / heat pad if you are sensitive. We cover all our items with a warranty so if any are damaged or malfunctioning we can send out replacements free of charge.I have sent you a direct email to start this process!
