A few months ago this agency contacted me and signed me up for their program they told me they would assist me with a number of things I desperately needed the service and assistance from this agency the agency sent over someone called Edinex she came over once and signed me up then never followed up with me again or has called me. I do not understand the purpose of this but I do not want this company to be getting paid for me when they are not doing anything for me. Im very unhappy and dissatisfied with this agency.

The company is not a legit business, and they had me purchase a few devices, worth a couple thousands of dollars. Which I could cancel, thankfully.People need to be informed that these "recruiters" are scamming people into thinking they are getting a full time remote job.

On August 8th 2023 I received a call from a ******************* with Upward Health stating that they are a group/ agency that helps people with any issues they have medically, financially such as evictions and other help she asked me if these are things they can help me with and I said Yes because I really need the help figuring things out I signed some permission electronically and was later called to ask me a series of questions which took about 15 minutes or more. I was then given an appointment for 8/22/23 She stated they would come to my home and help me apply for assistance with the rental arrears and help me with the medical issues I am currently having. On Monday August 14th I called **************** and told her I was going to be in court on August 17th would it be possible for her to send me an email stating we have an appointment on 8/22/23 and to please write what is going to be done on this appointment so that I can show the judge that I am in the process of being helped. On this call I was told that she would send the email before the end of the day or early in the morning. The next day I still hadnt received anything so I called again and was told by the end of the day I would have the letter that she wanted to ask her supervisor for the template- I found it strange because I did not ask for a letter I simply asked for a confirmation email with *********************** of the visit. I did not ask for anything extra to be added simply the truth. By the end of the day I had not received the email so I called again in which **************** send my call to voicemail later texted me saying that her supervisor said she could not give me a letter until the day of the visit. I dont see why a letter specifying the nature of the visit would be a problem. I requested to speak to her supervisor **************** never responded to the text, never called. The following day I texted **************** stating how badly I felt and how unprofessional the neglectful Continues on uploaded files.
