    Concern Regarding Misleading Promotional Emails I've been getting emails promoting items that was discontinued and they don't have in stock for years. Sending such emails is misleading and constitutes false advertising. Please ensure that future promotions accurately reflect current availability.

    Complaint Type: A problem with a product or service Company Name: FragranceX Website: ********************************** Order Number: #******** Date of Purchase: June 20, 2025 Product: Aliage Perfume Amount Paid: PHP ******* Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (via courier to the ***********)Complaint Summary:> I received an Aliage perfume order from FragranceX that I believe is either expired, counterfeit, or improperly stored. I grew up familiar with the authentic scent of Aliage, and this product does not resemble it in any way. I have photos of the item and the original packaging to support my claim.What Happened:> After receiving the product on July 9, 2025, I immediately noticed that the scent was offit lacked the distinctive fragrance of authentic Aliage and had a stale or chemical smell. I emailed FragranceX to raise my concern, but I was told that the product is not considered defective, and they insisted that I shoulder the return shipping costs. Worse, because I paid through cash on delivery, I was only offered store credit instead of a proper refund.This is unacceptable. The item I received is not what was promised. I no longer feel confident buying from FragranceX, so store credit is of no use to me. As a consumer, I should not be penalized for receiving what appears to be a defective or possibly counterfeit product.

    I spend **** on designer cologne and the product from FragranceX.com seems like a knock off and with very low quality ingredients. I spent over $400. On a bottle of creed and it smells like some cheap rubbing alcohol with a faint scent of actual cologne. I will never purchase anything from them again and I will pass the word to friends and family

    My question is how old are these perfumes? I have not been able to find JOOP FEMME in several years. I wont buy from this website for that reason. Old perfumes smell terrible!

    I was excited to be able to order a hard-to-find fragrance. Only after waiting days to receive my perfume I was informed that my fragrance was unavailable, and there was no date when it might be stocked again. I feel that info should have been made known at the time I placed my order, so I could look elsewhere.

    Placed order received something totally wrong. Sent email to customer service, response from company assigning a ticket number. Was told within a few days someone was going to contact me. No one contacted me . Wanted a refund & to return wrong order. Very disappointed
