    Terrible business to work with!Where to even begin?....1: Ordered a printer and unit assessor ($17,000) got it several weeks later than they told me and also had to pay an *additional* $395 to not have to wait several MORE weeks. Once machine got here the unit part didn't arrive - had to wait an additional 4 weeks for it. 2: Took several attempts and appointment(s) to finally get a technician to help install. 3: Printer quite working after 3 weeks. I blame this on new machine glitches BUT, getting tech help was nearly impossible. I send a help email, 3 day wait for reply, reply, wait 3 more days for a reply. DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS. Took me weeks to get them to take my machine back and repair. Come to find out, they new they would have to take it back from the very get go. All the machines they sent out had the same issues. 4: Get my machine back, schedule a service tech to get my unit running now that my printer is fixed.... literally set up 3 appointments and ghosted 3 different times. Will not answer emails now and never answer phone. I have several other machines and never have lack of support / help on them. I do not recommend this company at all.
