    Theres an appointment required for the service department.,I took my car in on Monday and as of Tuesday, no update. The department is fixing a problem from my first visit. At that time, I brought my car in on Wednesday and didnt get it back until late Friday. Whats the purpose of having customers make appointments when ones car is not repaired in a timely manner. Very unprofessional. Once I get my car back, Ill stick with the dealership in my area. I thought since this dealership was bigger that they would do things on time. Big mistake!

    The worst, most dishonest dealership Ive ever dealt with. I leased a 2018 and 2021 F150 truck from them.Their service department damaged both of them.The 2018 went in for a warranty repair. They tried giving me back the truck with the hood, passenger door and bed all scratched to bare metal. They had one of their service people drive it to the front , hand me the keys and walked away. They had to repaint over 50% of the truck.I also bought 4 new tires from them. I thought they would do a better job mounting them since they are a ************************ Boy was I wrong. They gauged one of the chrome wheels. Again they tried giving it back to me and hoped I wouldnt notice it. When I showed it to them they said they could touch it up with silver paint. After arguing with them they agreed to replace the wheel.I brought my 2021 in for a simple oil change. They drove it into a wall in the service department. They tried giving me back my truck with a scraped front bumper and damaged grill. When I went back in to tell the service rep what they did he had the nerve to ask me if I drove it off their lot.Between all the damage they did to both trucks I lost about 4-5 months usage of them. They did give me loaners. Usually small SUVs.After all my lost time with my trucks, which I use for my business, I went in to complain to my sales rep. ** made all kinds of promises that the dealership would cover some of my lost monthly payments. ** lied. The dealership covered none of them. ****************** covered one month. I complained to ***** They told me the dealerships are independently owned and they have no control over them. I even had the sales manager come out to see the damage they did. His response was dont come back to the dealership since I complained to *****My advice is if you want to buy a **** dont buy it from Hempstead ***** Ever use their service department. I have texts, photos and receipts to back up everything stated.

    YOU KNOW WHATS INTERESTING ? AFTER HEMPSTEAD **** GETS YOUR MONEY AND YOU DO A TRANSACTION AND BUY A CAR , YOU CANT GET THEM ON THE ******* THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH ********* . ITS SAD , DUDE WAS SO ATTENTIVE BEFORE HE GOT MY MONEY. THIS IS A REFLECTION OF THE ENTIRE DEALERSHIP . THERES A LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY ******* APPARENT . A CUSTOMER SHOULD NEVER GET. TREATED LIKE THAT . SO BASICALLY AFTER HEMPSTEAD **** /LINCOLN GETS YOUR MONEY , GOOD LUCK ON GETTING A CALL BACK !!!!!! SMH

    Took my F150 in on 09/20/2021 for issues with transmission did not get my truck back until 02/01/2022. Picked up my vehicle and still having transmission issues. Also was charged for a wheel alignment but no proof that wheel alignment was done on truck. They could not take truck back in for diagnostic again until 03/10/2022. Returned truck to them on march 10th and as of today 04/25/2022 as per ***** they still have not Brought my vehicle in shop to run a diagnostic
