    I sent an email to the company to inquiry about their return policy bc the package would be later than stated by **** The seller sent me an email back that they didn't have a record of my order and what there return policy was. I sent my order information and let them know that I would not open any HAIR packages when I received the order. The order was more than just hair. The seller then took it upon themselves to call *** and tell them to return my package which was not authorized. I sent another message that I wanted to have that reversed bc I didn't authorize a return and heard NOTHING back from the seller. I think they did this so the company could charge me a 20% fee and shipping that I am not responsible for bc I DIDN'T ASK FOR THE ***** TO BE RETURNED. I SAID IN MY EMAIL I WOULD SEND BACK WHAT I DIDN'T WANT. THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL MONEY FROM ME. As you can see from the email correspondence attached I sent them my order information & NO WHERE in that email do I ask the company to return my items. I was just making an inquiry. I WANT A FULL REFUND
