    I had to file a fraud claim against *******! Someone paid Personal bills like water and gas and brought food with my credit card info it was tracked back to them! I received money back after a year I tried again got a few wigs its a hit or miss sometimes the orders are correct and sometimes wrong color I dont mind that people make mistakes but than my credit info was once again stolen so no more ******* its a shame the wigs are nice but a lot of thieves have ur credit info .

We would like you to understand, our website is and has been secured for a very long time with the utmost trusted security company. We have no history records of you coming forward about our products or your card being used. We have nothing to do with your credit card being used by the recipient or by you.     I purchased from this company on 4/14/2023 my purchase was over $75.00 which was for free shipping anything over $69.00 you gets from shipping at the end when I completed my purchase and it took my card I choose the option for free shipping 3-6 day shipping. When purchase was completed and payment went threw this company did fraudulent activity on me they charge me for a 3 day shipping that is $35.00 dollars more and I no I did not choose this option. I made my purchase over $69.00 dollars just for the free shipping. Now my card was charged $114.00 bucks for no reason. This is a Scam and who ever is taking these orders on this ********* site need to be held accountable for. This has happened to me previously also on this site but I caught onto what was happening this time you stealing money from people and that's wrongs. And you don't even answer phones or emails. Unexceptable you are thefts.

Our customers have the option to choose the shipping method before checking out. Our shipping methods are flat rate shipping of $4.99, free shipping over $69.99, and also have expedited shipping. The flat rate shipping and free shipping will appear when your subtotal is over the amount. We noticed that the shipping method on your order is *** 3 Days. Please understand that our website is working fine. We have double checked our systems. You have probably by accidentally chosen an expedited shipping method. Since the order was already confirmed - so what we have done is we have gone ahead and canceled your order, so that you can re-place your order with the correct shipping method. The *pending* charges you see on your card will typically fall off within 1-2 business days. You will not actually be charged. We hope this helps and we apologize for the inconveniences!

    Greetings. **************** Regarding my recent order ******** sent me an email and stated that they would have to cancel my order, because I was flagged for High Risk. Also, you stated that, I cannot order any future products from you.You never explained exactly, why my existing account was flagged for High Risk.Please tell why my account was flagged as High Risk and I have purchased products from you within three months ago. I have contacted you several times with email and still no reply about my high-risk situation.This is poor customer service not to tell an existing customer who have order products from you before, why their account was flagged for High Risk. I pay for my products through ******.com and I have a job to pay for my products.The customer service phone number doesnt seem to be working. It sounds like it hooked to a fax machine line. No one ever answers this phone. ******* *****
