- The option to cancel a shipping order is available at any time, at no cost with no cancellation fee, as long as the order has not been assigned (dispatched) to a carrier (transporter). Our services are considered rendered when a carrier (transporter) has been assigned to an order.
Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of the cancellation request.
Cancellation of an order must be submitted in writing via e-mail sent to [email protected]. Millennium Transport Corp. does not accept or honor cancellations made via phone.
Once a carrier (transporter) has been assigned to a shipping order, Millennium Transport Corp. notifies Customers via e-mail (to the e-mail address provided via booking service).
If Customer decides to cancel the shipping order after carrier (transporter) has been assigned (dispatched), the security deposit will be forfeited and applied as a cancellation fee, as our services have been rendered. This fee does not include any cancellation fees by an oceanic transporter. Any remaining balance will be refunded in full. - Business Categories
