I had a very unfortunate experience with this company a few weeks ago that is leading me to write this review. Upon scheduling this appointment, I was told that the women cleaning my house would contact me when they arrive to my *************** what exactly to clean, which reassured me. I found out that I had to be in school when they needed to clean, so I asked if they were allowed to enter the home without the owner. I was reassured that the women were insured so it would not be a problem. Reluctantly, I scheduled and insisted that they call me when they get to the house. I never received any phone calls, so I called the company and asked of their ETA. I was told the women arrived, so again I insisted that they call me. I still never received a phone call. I came home to my apartment being a little less dusty, however, after spending about $400, I expected the apartment to be spotless. There was still heavy dirt and dust build up in the windowsills and in some of the vents. Also, they only took out half of my trash, I still had trash bags outside of my door when I came home. Lastly, as they took out the trash, they broke my new step-trash can. The step mechanism is detached no longer present, so I assume they threw it away. I immediately called the company back to explain my disappointment, and received no follow up. So I called back the next day. The company offered me a re-clean by the same women for free. I declined because I did not trust them. The women also denied breaking my trashcan. The best the company could do was provide me with a $30 refund after I spend about $400 on their services. Please do not patronize this company unless you want added stress to your already stressful move-in process.
