Sandata is the state aggregator for ** home care industry. I own a home care agency-*************************. When employees clock in and out it goes directly to Sandata and it is uploaded to ** tracks for payment. Most of the clock in and out by the employees are registered on a third party software-HH exchange which is sent to Sandata and up loaded to ** tracks. The visits sent to Sandata does not register most of the time when uploaded to **-tracks. The visits are not registered in the state platform-** tracks. Therefore we are not paid. We pay our employees to service the clients, but because Sandata does not register these visits, ** tracks does not pay us after the visit has been completed. We have attempted to resolve the problem with sandata but have been unsuccessful. I sent a complaint to Sandata complaint department and ********************* and *********************** scheduled a meeting today with us and HHexchange to resolve the issue. Neither ********************* nor *********************** from Sandata showed up for the meeting. We waited for one and a half hours. We made multiple calls to Sandata, and none of them could be reached. This has been going on for over eight months. This is their software and it is so frustrating the time wasted to resolve this issue. They have no regard for our time or the fact that we are owed thousands of dollars. We need someone from management to call me at ************ to resolve this issue. This is causing us so much hardship because we are not paid. We are finding it difficult paying our bills. This has to be resolved.
