    On June 21 2024, I placed a preorder for a Howling movie action figure paid from my ****** in the amount of ***** usd. On February 5th 2025, I contacted Amok Time through email to cancel the preorder. They sent an email agreeing to cancel the preorder and refund my money minus a 20% restocking fee, the refund amount being ***** usd. A few days later I emailed again and asked them if they knew when the money would transfer and they said they didn't know. It's been over 2 weeks now and I have NOT received the money and have tried to contact them to no avail. I emailed them again and received no response. I just now also noticed they have 2 different addresses and two different phone numbers, one number doesn't work at all and the other led me to an employee who refused to take my questions.
