      I have $6000.00 hearing aids from miracle ear, they go in the ear. i had to get a new phone my died, i went to have my phone pare at the store in hicksville, they couldn't do it, they got tech. support on the phone and he said that miracle ear has not updated or kept up the app. for these aids, they wanted me to buy a hand held remote i said no i wont pay for that so the dist. manager called me a week later and sent me one for free. the store had trouble getting it to work and it still does not work correctly, and i cannot use my aids they way they were intended for $6000.00! i called your center and they said they would contact the manager, i said i wanted the managers supervisor they said no they had to contact the manager, he has not gotten in contact with me and it has been a week. Meanwhile i can't hear my TV at night, i can't control the bass or the treble (which i paid extra for so i could be able to). For a company that states they give good service i am not seeing it at all. i want this problem solved either fix the problem or give new hearing aids that work like these use to work. there is no corp. number, the customer service says ******* Enterprises owns the franchise there is no other number for me to call, i am a retired police sergeant on a fixed income and cannot afford any more expense.

      Seen by **** as he complained to the BBB that app no longer works with aids and he is unable to adjust the bass and treble manually. Today **** was able to pair the app on the android phone with the Ready Fit aids. Remade programs with closed acoustic parameters. Decreased master gain in noisy environment, increased bass/treble range configuration. Tested app with tv (played movie trailer in office); works well; patient happy.
