  Harmonaire is incredible. We have worked with them 4 times, twice at my house, once at my grandparents and another at my parents. Each time they were courteous, on time, and always went above and beyond to make sure we knew the system we were getting, and that the installation was done proper. We have had ductless in three of the locations for almost 3ish years and we have had zero issues across all houses. *** and the entire team are incredible, and I cannot recommend them enough!

  HarmonAire is fantastic! They just replaced my first floor zone central air conditioning system and installed a Ductless heat pump system in the basement. *** and the crew did a great job! They were very professional, polite and it was a pleasure having them work in our home. I will definitely use HarmonAire for all of my air conditioning needs!

  This is such a great company. They installed a ********** split A/C a year and half ago. The instillation was professionally and perfectly done.The unit operates beautifully. I love the a/c and the extra heat in winter is a nice addition. I turn it on to take the chill out and it's a nice, even comfortable heat. The remote recently stopped functioning properly. I called HarmonAire and they came within a few hours! What great commitment! The tech solved the issue within a few minutes and told me to call back if any further issues. This is a very dependable and professional company.

  Gradually, I became allergic to my central AC so decided to go mini split ductless. I interviewed six companies. Gold Coast Home Comfort was the sixth and last. It was evident at once that this was THE company to use. During the initial zoom meeting *** introduces you to the mini split technology and the options available to you, standard vs hyper heat, and the available choice of models of indoor unit. He is professional and thorough with a quiet, confident presence. There is no hard sell. There is the unrushed presentation of information so that you may make an informed decision. Any questions you have are answered with complete transparency. eg. I inquired re: the electricians license and he emailed me a copy of the license. He sent me photos of work done on other homes to assess quality of work. Since I have numerous unpredictable allergies I preferred to have an older model of air handler that does not have the extra anti mold coating. *** went out of his way to find those units for my project. I called Consumer Affairs to confirm licensure and they assured me that this business is in good standing with no complaints against them. The day arrived for installation and three wonderful workmen arrived, carefully laid drop cloths then unpacked the first two air handlers. Then I had an allergic reaction and had to stop work on the project. *** suggested we leave the units in the rooms for a couple of days to see if things improved. When they did not, *** removed the equipment and REFUNDED MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT. This is unheard of in the business world but so consistent with the feeling I had always gotten when interacting with anyone in this company from ***, to *****, ******, **** and the workers ****, **** and ***. All project kindness, understanding, attention to your needs, professionalism, high standards of quality of work and integrity. These are exceptional human beings who provide outstanding quality of work. I give this company the highest recommendation.

  I had a great installation experience with Gold Coast Home Comfort. My project involved replacing (2) ductless ***********: (2) outdoor units connected to (2) and (3) indoor units respectively and covering (2) separate floors. ************ electric and drain piping were all routed inside finished walls so I had been searching for an HVAC contractor who could handle such a technical install with these existing conditions. I originally called to get an estimate on replacing only one floor's A/C system but after speaking to *** over a convenient Zoom meeting and going over the specific processes his technicians would do to ensure the existing piping would be purged and pressure tested I decided to have him quote replacing both systems. After I received the estimate their office was very responsive in reviewing the various financing options they had in place to help fund the project.The contract was signed on a Thursday and incredibly (4) technicians showed up the following Monday to start the installation. They immediately set about putting down dropclothes and removing the old units and loading in the new units. At the end of each day the crew were fastidious about vacuuming their way out of the house. On the final day they even worked through a rainstorm and were prepared with tents and lights.We also wound up relocating my outdoor units as after looking it over with their lead technician we agreed that the existing configuration impeded access and was more than suboptimal for refrigerant flow. They did not bat an eye at the additional work and adjusted their manpower allocation to stay on schedule to achieve an installation that we could all look at with pride at completion.With my previous A/C setup I would look toward summer heat wave forecasts with a sense of dread but now if my *********** run half as well as the quality of workmanship that went into it's installation I will have peace of mind for many years.

  *** and his team were amazing start to finish! I had a whole new ********** ductless system installed. They removed the old, leaky Fitsubiji system and installed my new one. They took care of the permitting, rebate, had a licensed electrician upgrade the electrical to the system. During installation you can tell his team took their time and did the job right inside and outside the house. The workers were so respectful, even wearing booties and cleaning up inside after. They showed me how to work the remotes and maintain the units. The system works beautifully and the team was very responsive to my needs. Highly recommend!!

  *** and his team are the best! Was on marked for mini split system for few months. Once I found Gold Coast company from ****** have decided to go with them in just one day after speaking with *** and having a virtual tour about the options of mini split units. I'm very happy with the work that was done by ****/***/**** taking into account many 'last minute' changes. Recommend to everyone, they really care about customers!!!
