      Tried to make am appoinment for January 16 for my chevelot to troubleshoot the transmission Was told the next appoinment was February 17 --- I made the appoiment for Feb 17, 2025-- Brought in for Service Feb 17, 2025 and the car sat for 3 weeks and was not looked at by the mechanics. I called about the car every week and was never given a date that empire Chevrolet would look at the car. On Friday March 7 I went to pick up my car and go to a different dealership. The service manager called me on my cell phone to tell me I would be next to get my car looked at. I told him he has caused me to spend alot of money and fustruation to just try to get the car looked at and NO thank you. He hung up the phone!!

      I leased a car from here back on April 2nd. I was given a temporary license plate as I registered my car in ** and was told that I would be contacted once the dealership has my actual license plates. However, no one contacted me afterwards and I myself inquired about the license plates when I realized my temporary plates were about to expire. I was told that the billing department did not have the correct insurance, which is not true since I gave them the correct insurance the day that I picked up the car. And even if that was the case, why didn't anyone review the insurance before letting me leave with the car? Or how come no one reached out to me and told me that the insurance was incorrect? I had to call myself for them to tell me that? Then I was told that they need another copy of the insurance and that they'll put a rush on the plates. Now it has been over 2 months and I still do not have my registration or my license plates for my car. I have been continuously contacting the dealer and to this day, June 3rd, I am getting vague answers and I have no concrete timeline for when I should receive my plates. For over a month I have been forced to drive with expired license plates and I constantly fear getting pulled over or ticketed for having an expired registration. I am in college, and I have to leave for class an extra ***** mins early in case I get pulled over for the expired plates so that I don't miss my class. *****, doesn't it? Now today I'm being told that their 3rd party company that they deal with is responsible for the negligence.... the story keeps changing but what doesn't change is the fact that I STILL don't have my plates. If you're registering your car out of state, do yourself a favor and get a car from somewhere else because no one should have to deal with this nightmare and be forced to drive with expired plates since the dealer clearly doesn't care about their clients once they get paid and the deal is done.

      I attempted to buy a vehicle from this dealership and I am an out of State buyer. The first salesperson was in my opinion inept and rude. To avoid this person I went to the Sales Manager. From Thursday to Tuesday he avoided my placing an offer with being out of the office. Apparently he could not make a decision remotely even tho he is the Manager. I made a cash offer for the (Empire Price) listed on the website. After pressing him on Tuesday for a yes or no answer he go back that "at this point we are going to just pass on the deal". With absolutely no other feedback. This is absolutley the worst Chevrolet dealership experience I have ever had. These type of people are why Car sales people have such a bad reputation. I just wanted to purchase a vehicle. Amazing experience.
