Order Number ******* I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the products I recently received from this company. The items sent to me were set to expire within 2 weeks giving me no time to actually take them, making it impractical for me to use them effectively. products should ideally have a longer shelf life, providing me with time to take them before expiration. The gummies was expiring in 2 weeks at the time I received them as I had been eager to commence my weight loss journey this was so frustrating I even created a video showcasing the products, anticipating a positive experience. I was an early supporter of this company, shopping with them back when they first launched. I even recommended their products to my followers, and some of them made purchases while the video I created was still live.If this matter is not rectified promptly, I will be compelled to request a refund for Order Number *******. The items were received on April 20th, 2024, contrary to my initial statement of two weeks. This short timeframe does not allow sufficient time to utilize the supplements effectively. For reference, I have attached a picture of the delivery.I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter to ensure customer satisfaction.You have lied to my bank, and I cannot ensure you that I will let this go until it is taken care of. I can kindly ship all your items back to you in the same condition as you sent them to me. I will also write a review to make my 41k social media community aware of this. I tried to address this issue in a polite manner. ********* was not nice at all. And she makes the company look so bad I didnt receive these items for free and thats I felt I was being treated. I will also contact the relevant department to address the issue of settling expired supplements and selling cups with mold in them. I am not going to let this go. I work hard for my money, and no one deserves to be treated this way.Business response

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We looked into this and can confirm we were first contacted by you on April 22nd. After looking into your order details further, on April 29th, we offered to ship you longer-dated programs at no-extra-cost. We just needed you to confirm which address to arrange this reship to, however, this email went un-answered.
We want you to have a great experience with us, and we value your commitment to our brand! As mentioned previously, were happy to send you a replacement parcel, however, we just needed you to confirm your address. As soon as you do, well be happy to set up a replacement free of charge.

The purchase was made by the end of September 2023 and the supposed delivery date the 4th of OCT. The package was supposedly "lost" after gaslighting me the whole time that it's not. Afterward they stated to resend the package with the same delivery service that initially lost the package and has been "lost" again. No responses no further assistance or support offered afterwards and they refuse to refund me the paid amount of USD164.10.Business response

We have been in communication with the customer throughout this process. Their originally placed orders tracking ***** *************), states the customer requested the parcel to be redelivered at a later date, though the customer is disputing this. As we determined that the parcel would most likely be returned back to us as the customer was refusing to contact the postal services we agreed to send the customer a replacement parcel at no extra cost to them. We then found out when the customer confirmed their address for their replacement parcel they had it sent to a hotel and did not include their room number upon placing the order, which is most likely why there was trouble with delivery.
While we do all we can to help our customers and ensure they are not left empty handed, we also do not tolerate being spoken to in the way the customer was communicating, including profanities and threats.
In an effort to ensure the customer was not left without, we arranged a replacement parcel, which was shipped October 24th and according to the **** tracking number, ************** it is currently proceeding through customs prior to final delivery. International delivery is normally anywhere from 2-4 weeks (depending on the local post), so the replacement parcel is well within this timeline. Additionally, the customer lodged a paypal dispute on this order after we had arranged this replacement parcel for them at no additional cost. This replacement is still in transit and showing delivery due within the week.

I bought some stuff from them and I didnt like and you know why? It caused me stomach cramps sever, allergic reaction, nausea, they also forgot to send me an item and contacted them and no one is responding and giving me a refundBusiness response

We can confirm we have been in contact with this customer. Our order terms do state that we are not able to provide a refund on any products once they are shipped out from our offices, as they are consumable. We do ensure to list all ingredients in full for all products on our website (***************). We did recommend ensuring with their doctor they do not have an intolerance to any ingredients in our formulas. We can also confirm that our products are gentle and should not be causing these symptoms.Initial Complaint

I have been getting text messages with cursing on the message saying wtf im waitin for wtf mean what the *** an is from flat tummy yea I never order from them yes I see there products on line but never ordered now Im being harassed with text messages from themBusiness response

Order this and was pretty excited about it. Immediately drank a shake the first day and felt AWFUL after, shaking, dizzy, stomach issues, tired like I hadnt slept in years, and genuinely sick. I continued with the shakes for about 3 days before stopping altogether after realizing they were the cause of my sickness. I only drank one shakes a day and ate regular meals so Im 100% positive my illness was the shakes doing as I felt my usual self the next day after not consuming a shake. I also ordered the tea with it but didnt open it. I kindly emailed the company asking for a refund and let them know Id send back all the products, I didnt want to keep it. They informed me they couldnt refunds / returns and advised me to try the tea anyway. I did not try the tea and dont intend to, it is still unopened. So I basically lost ************************************* terribly ill and would like to receive my money back ASAP.Business response

We are very sorry to hear of our customer not feeling well and hope she is feeling better very soon. We can confirm our programs being gentle and safe, and should not cause any reactions unless the individual does have an intolerance or allergy to an ingredient included. As our programs are consumable and our ingredients are listed in full on our website, we are not able to provide a refund or accept returns back for items once they do leave our offices, as outlined in our pre ordering terms.Initial Complaint

I had tried to email and speak to them directly in regards to the product and how it made me feel. I ended up drinking some of the shake and got very sick immediately contacted them and was very unhappy with how they resolved the issue, which they didn't they just said there's no refunds and there's nothing they can do there was nothing comparable offered absolutely nothing and I was very very upset. They have the worst customer service I will never buy anything from them and I automatically do not recommend them for anything I ended up losing my afterpay account because of flat tummy and I despise anywhere from purchasing anything from that company.Business response

We can confirm wanting to ensure all our customers are able to keep on track with their programs, though we do also state in our order terms and conditions that our programs with them being consumable are not able to be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We have offered this customer recipe suggestions, as with all protein shakes they do have a different taste and texture, so it can at times take some getting used to! We can also confirm this order being from almost a year ago.
