Excellent. Always available. Thorough. Knowledgable. Thoughtful. Good price. Will walk you through all needed items. If you can follow directions, you can save tens of thousands. Northern Star offers an excellent FSBO-hybrid service that is effective and cost saving. Bob has industry knowledge and the necessary resources to get your property sold. I wouldn't consider another flat-fee MLS service... this is the gold standard.Review from Dana G
