    Excellent. Always available. Thorough. Knowledgable. Thoughtful. Good price. Will walk you through all needed items. If you can follow directions, you can save tens of thousands. Bob is experienced and always willing to assist. I have sold 2 homes with him in the past 2 years and I wouldn't sell any other way!

    This is the way to go! You will need to do a little more work yourself but it's absolutely doable and Bob will walk you through it. You will save thousands! I was happy with this service and would recommend.

    Northern Star offers an excellent FSBO-hybrid service that is effective and cost saving. Bob has industry knowledge and the necessary resources to get your property sold. I wouldn't consider another flat-fee MLS service... this is the gold standard.
