            On or about February/March 2023 I purchased 3 flags online and paid with credit card. Nearly 1 year later I received phone calls and emails stating I didn't pay the bill. The first call I was told I owed over $100, I thought it was a scam. I talked to someone there who gave a totally different amount owed and said the company they used for billing made a mistake. I've purchased from this company for many years with no issues. I'm now being threatened with 75 day late letter going to collections. I'm sending a check for $56.99 which the last person there said I owe and I'm not even sure that's correct. Very poorly run group in this case. I will be sure to never buy from or recommend this company again. Thier loss in future sales from me will be far greater than the $56.99.

            Ordered a flag and pole on June 11, 2022. Credit card was charged $84.69. Paid $35.20 for flag, $23.20 for pole, $5.72 for tax and $20.57 for shipping. I sent an email asking for a ship date for the flag on June 22. They sent a reply, blaming the pandemic and stating an 8 to 10 week lead time. They would refund my money and I would lose my place in the queue. They didn't say what they would refund. I replied back that they should be able to give me a better ship date, but if they couldn't, I wanted a shipping label for this useless flag pole along with my refund. I have not received another reply. I see that they are still selling this flag on their web site. They will not publish my review on their web site. This appears to be a common practice for this company to sell flags and flag paraphernalia. They charge for both with shipping and tax, and only ship the paraphernalia.

            Hello, We are very sorry that you one of the many customers affected by the supply problems in the wake of the pandemic and exponentially increased demand at the same time. We did offer to refund you in full for the unshipped flag as we did give you your place in the queue and an estimated time frame of **** weeks. We do not usually send return labels as our RMA policy states that is on you, but in this one case we will make an exception and email you a shipping label, Once the pole kit is received back in original condition; we will refund you in full for it, waiving the typical restock fee as we had stated previously. We had shipped you the flagpole to help speed your order to completion and then had to wait for the manufacturers to send us more flags.

            Yes, you let me know that I was 347 out of 689 in the queue after I requested. You CHARGED my credit card for this flag and blamed it on the "gateway." The only reason I ordered the flagpole was to hang the flag on it. YOU'RE STILL SELLING THIS FLAG and charging people. Sell them when you have an inventory!!! I used your label and returned the flagpole in the original box. **** said it was left on your front door/porch July 5 11:19AM and you didn't reply to my last email. I'm still out $46.94. You do have flags listed as "out of stock". Everything about this is very misleading. You won't let me post a review on your site. Your site only shows 5 star reviews. Please refund the rest of my money!!!
