    ********************************** and Unprofessional Conduct by Romeos FUEL To Whom It May Concern,I am filing this complaint against Romeos FUEL due to unfair treatment, mishandling of my order, and unprofessional behavior from both their staff and ************* a loyal customer, I placed an order for two full tanks of fuel, as I usually do. The person who initially took my order stated that my card did not go through, even though my bank account was charged. Approximately 20 minutes later, I received a call from another representative who placed the order for me. At the time, I was led to believe that this was a single order, as I had requested. I ran out of gas and was left without heat in my home. When I tried to cancel the order, I was informed that I would be charged $50 per order as a cancellation fee, totaling $100. This is completely unreasonable, as the issue was caused by their staffs inability to correctly place the order.When I attempted to address this with the company, I was hung up on multiple times by staff who did not want to hear my concerns. Eventually, a manager called me back, but instead of resolving the issue, he insulted me by calling me incompetent and stated that he no longer wanted me as a customer. His dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility for his teams mistakes were both unprofessional and offensive.The handling of this situation has been deeply frustrating, leaving me without heat in my home for several days and unjustly charging me additional fees. I am seeking the following resolutions:1.Immediate cancellation of my order without any cancellation fees.2.A formal apology for the poor treatment and mishandling of my request.3.A review of their internal processes to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.I hope this complaint will prompt action to prevent others from experiencing similar treatment.Sincerely,******* *******

    I have been a customer of ******************** for several years and I have also sent them many customers. I haven't had any issues because I haven't had any issues if that makes sense, until now. I referred them to my daughter who is a new home owner. She ran out oil and was charged a $200 emergency delivery fee thinking and not knowing that this is the norm for emergency delivery. Well it's not the norm as she discovered in making several calls to other oil companies. She was asked to post a review and did so speaking of this unrealistic fee. Well, 2 men who didn't say who they were had her on speaker phone and wouldn't let her even finish explaining the situation called her reprimanding her as to why she left that review and that it was untrue. To the point where someone else in the background said to stop and let her speak. Shame on you Romeo Fuel, first for ripping off people in this already trying time and then for the most unprofessional way you handled the situation all because you didn't like the honest review that you asked for. A good business man would want to appease the customer not berate them. I as well will no longer be using Romeo. Your not the only oil company out there.

    I have used Romeo fuel many times over the past 2 years. They have always delivered when they said they would, and on one occasion delivered a day earlier than promised. I pay with my Mastercard with no extra charge for credit. They even give me an extra discount for using my credit card. The service reps that I have spoken to have always been courteous and professional. Im shocked to read these other negative reviews, as I have only had nothing but good interactions with them.

    I just ordered another 200 gallons of oil from Romeo's the shorted me 100 gallons of oil. Women on the the phone tells me there is no way that can happen which is total nonsense. Do a quick ****** search and you can see how oil companies can rip you off. No wonder they can give you a $100 credit,if they are that much cheaper something is wrong. Should have went with my gut and stuck with my other oil company. Never an issue in 30 years. They are Cheating me out of $355 .Make this right Romeo's !!!!Reply 1m

    Very unethical business. Refusing to make your delivery if you don't leave a 5 star rating on ****** reviews. ******* actually called me in a threatening tone to tell me he would not deliver the oil I had already paid for unless I changed my prior review.

    I've been using Romeo for a year at least never had a problem delivery is on the day it is confirmed for I order online which I love prices are usually one of the lowest and they don't charge more for credit card actually if you use Mastercard you get **** off I highly recommend this company

    Romeo advertises $100 for Referrals. I brought customers to him and he credited my account for the Referrals but I waited 9 days for him to deliver ********* I ran out twice and had to buy 10 Gallons of Diesel Fuel at the Gas Station for $5.59 per gallon. The receptionist told me she does not know why he has not delivered. They charged my charge card the $942.80 for the 200 Gallons of ******** and never delivered it. In my account it showed every day for the 9 days I waited "printed ticket". I had to call my charge card company to battle the false $942.80 Charge. A few weeks later Romeo Fuel cancelled my Online Account, I never received the $100's of Referral Dollars he advertises.

    refer a friend beware if you do not sign up with e mail that was referred you will not receive your discount. system should be based on address instead. company refused to issue credit to me and 2 friends. because they signed up with different e mail address.
