      I received a credit offer from milestone through credit karma app on Aug 27, 2024- I was guaranteed to be approved or credit karma would pay me *****. I applied and was approved immediately for 500 minus their annual fee. Labor Day holiday passed and on Tues, Sept 3, *********************** the mail and activated some point that day. Today, Sept 5, 2024 I go to add card on my ****** account and it denied it. I tried again making sure I entered everything in correctly and again denied. I called Milestone and at 1st told my balance once I verified my identity. When I told the lady why I was calling she says oh, the account is closed for non activity. I explained I just received the card 2 days prior so how is that non activity. She puts me on a brief hold and returns saying account was closed and opened up fraudulently. I explained to her that it was most certainly not opened up fraudulently, and Im in fact the person who opened it and could give her any information to prove that. Beings they closed account immediately without locking card and trying to reach me theres nothing that can be redone- I believe now its all part of the offer approving people however my credit that Im currently working hard to fix from an ex was hit for the credit chk, new account and now a closed account all for nothing. I think verifying fraudulent activity would be a better way to handle this situation instead of immediately closing someone out.

      DEAR TBOM / MILESTONE CARD SERVICES; I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on the dates below: APRIL AND MAY 2024 I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me. I demand an immediate deletion of this account from all credit reporting agency. I do ask in light of the good standing relationship we have that you remove this 30 day late from my credit report and refund any late fees assessed on my account. Also, I was billed incorrectly under the provisions of FCBA 15 USC 1666b, 1681i, 1692g - Due to these violations and inaccurate reporting i demand an immediate deletions....delete today. I do not believe it is accurate and would rather not have to spend more time than necessary for both of us to resolve this situation. I appreciate your help regarding this and look forward to keep having the positive experience that I have had with you in the past.

      This company sent me a pre-approval offer for an $800 credit limit. I accepted and received the card with a $175 balance for activation fee. I paid that off immediately and planned on saving the card for emergencies. I received a letter requesting a copy of my driver's license and saying the account is on hold. I mailed in the copy of my DL and later received a letter stating the account is closed. This company is scamming customers out of the $175 fee.

      I applied for a credit card through Credit Karma, whom had an old address on file. Upon getting approved for a Milestone Mastercard, I realized the information on file was wrong. I created and logged into my Milestone credit card account, and updated my information. Weeks later I had not received my card so I called ***************** I was then made aware that my account was on a fraud hold due to the address change. Annoyed, but understanding I followed the steps laid out to release the hold. The company wanted me to mail in personal information including my social security number and account number. I was not willing to do this for obvious identify safety reasons. Instead I was directed to FAX the information in. Which I did. The first time I was told they did not receive the fax. The second time I was told that it was 'too dark to read' and was advised to mail it in instead of FAX. This is absurd that a company would push me to release a fraud hold, by exposing my personal information to greater risk. My account has been active for 2 months, and is not at risk of being closed by them, even though I have attempted to follow the instructions provided as safely as possible. They will not refund the $75 yearly fee in which I had already paid and my credit reflects a hard inquiry for a card I never received.

It has come to my attention that my personal data has been shared with the three major credit bureaus, resulting in the furnishing of inaccurate information on my credit report.This situation has caused me immense financial and emotional distress, and I wish to draw your attention to my rights as a consumer under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 USC ****). Section 602 of this act clearly emphasizes my right to privacy, and I feel that this right has been violated through the unauthorized sharing of my data.Furthermore, according to 15 USC **** Section 604A Section 2, a consumer reporting agency is not permitted to furnish any account information without my explicit written instructions. I have never provided such instructions, and I insist that my rights in this regard be respected.I would also like to highlight that under 15 USC 1666B, a creditor is prohibited from treating any payment on a credit card account as late for any purpose. I urge you to review my account number ************ and rectify any discrepancies related to late payments promptly.I expect immediate action to rectify these issues, which have had a significant impact on my financial well-being.       0 rating is more like it. So apparently when making a payment they put your payment on hold for 14 days thus making it late, then add late fees. And when you try again, they continue to add the fees. Ive seen other reviews where others are having the same issue. Good luck trying to get anyone in the customer service department. This is a scam credit card and must be avoided at all cost. There are far better credit cards out there for credit building. I have called them everyday cant get anyone on the phone and I made a $300 payment they have yet to post. I am trying to rebuild my credit they hit my credit report with this late fee and I paid before the first payment was even due EXTREMELY FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!!! They gunny credit report before the first payment was even due!!!!!!

      I scheduled my payment to be paid on the due date and they charged me a late fee. This company is shady and I want others to know about them so they don't get a credit card from them. They never give higher limits thus card is useless. And they have no website contact or customer service. Only mail or phone calls. These days everyone has online chat for customer service. It seems to be a shady company from charging me a late fee when I paid by the due date. I want a refund for my late fee on my account because I scheduled it to be processed by the due date.

      I am the trustee in my fathers estate. When closing the estate and liquidating his assets In 2021 I came across a sales receipt from mile stone gold and silver in ******** ********. He charged my father $5995 for a **** peace dollar. When I took that dollar for appraisal, it came in at $249. I also found a gift certificate in the amount of $500 from the same **mpany I feel that my father was extremely taken advantage of by this **in trading **mpany and I think they should make it right and a $500 certificate was issued when he sent some **ins back. This gentleman also called my dad and wanted to buy back the **ins at a much higher price than he had sold him to months earlier. I **nsider him a ********. I definitely want to pursue putting an end to this ** taking advantage of the elderly. Im seriously **nsidering criminal charges.
