Pretty disappointed in the whole situation. Just some basic, simple communication at minimum would have fixed the situation, instead, we were ignored completely after the initial "get lost" type response from Josh..... We had a stamped concrete patio and walkway installed in October of '22. It is dark grey with a darker border and a pretty common surface pattern. Not overly difficult. Looked great, told Josh we were happy with it, and thank you. Within 2 months, we noticed that the surface was peeling in certain spots, both in the rear patio, and front walkway. It wasn't confined to one spot, so it was pretty much all over. But, seeing as it was winter, we let it go until the weather The color was peeling off the concrete surface, exposing the light concrete below. I made sure nothing touched the surface, no abrasions or scraping, the only thing done to is was hosed off a few times with plain water. Instead of being proud of it and showing off our new patio, we cover it up with furniture to hide the spots. Someone asked if we had a "vintage weathered" surface.. In some spots, you can scrape it away with your thumbnail, its soft. Like the color never fully hardened..... We aren't asking for anything crazy here, just some advice on how to remedy the issue! And even still, we aren't "mad", just want to know how to fix it or make it look better!
