    I hired Aaron to install a ****** mini split heat pump in my bedroom and baseboard heat in my bathroom. After coming over and looking at my electrical panel, room, placement, etc. and being sent more pics of my electric box, he quoted me 4,200 to install both. After starting the job he informed me there was nowhere on my electric box to plug it in so he'd have to charge me 500 more to put in a sub panel, even though the invoice stated that power to the unit was included. I begrudgingly paid it. The work was finished, I paid and tested the unit and it won't stop heating. I informed him next day and he said it's probably faulty. Then changed his tune to it being an issue with the wall insulation causing a 25° temp difference and said it needed an external thermostat, which he would cover the cost of and install for free. Then said they're more expensive than he thought and it would actually be 495 for a smart wifi therm (****** 1+). I again hesitantly agreedl because I need heat in my bedroom. After 10 months of constant follow up and numerous no call no shows I finally got him to set a date for installing the therm. He bills me 550 quoting inflation but states again there's no charge for labor. Whatever. I pay a deposit and he brings the therm but forgot tools to run the wire. He cut holes in my wall, left and said he'd be right back but didn't return. I get home and it's a basic model therm (it's 200 new at most). I inform him it's the wrong one and he said he'd fix it. 3 days later he calls to say the company won't negotiate on the price of the basic therm and I'd need to pay 550 for the base model and said that he isn't really interested in continuing the job bc he's not making money on it (except the 4,700 already pd). I said I'll order the part and do it myself and requested he return my deposit on the therm. He blew up on me, refused, cursed me out and yelled I was starving his kids before finally returning part of my deposit. This guys a thief. Unprofessional.
