I purchased a sectional outdoor seating set, which arrived damaged and scratched. I immediately contacted the store and they agreed to arrange an exchange. However, the replacement piece I received was also damaged and poorly assembled, with nails sticking out of the furniture. I reached out to the manager, ****, who assured me that they would send another piece for replacement. Unfortunately, the third piece I received also had scratches all over it. Frustrated, I decided to inspect the delivery truck myself to see if the issue was occurring during transportation. To my dismay, I discovered marks all over the furniture, which **** claimed were manufacturer defects. I promptly sent video and pictures of the scratches to ****, hoping for a resolution. I also made a note with the delivery man and told them to also take pictures and make a note. However, when I contacted her for the third time, expressing my desire to return the defective item for a refund, she didn't even respond. Instead, she arranged for yet another drop-off of the same piece, this time with the scratches covered up with marker and paint. Not remembering that I had the original video from the third time that she tried to replace the same exact item. I would like to highlight their exorbitant pricing practices. It came to my attention that the furniture they sell is actually from **********************'s signature line, yet they charge an outrageous amount under the guise of assembly and delivery fees.

I am getting emails constantly from peter andrews.I have requested he stop but he ignores.,There is no unsubscribe option on the email.I contacted ethics <*****************> and they suggested the following:There is a federal lawCAN SPAM that requires businesses to honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. The ************************ (FTC) has additional information: *****************************************************************. ************* Providers also have tools available to consumers to report emails that are not being successfully removed. You may also wish to visit the companys online privacy policy and see how you can contact the company directly to suppress your email from future marketing or donor offers. It does sound like these emails are spam if they do not have a functioning unsubscribe link in the emails and your requests are not being honored within 10 business days. You can report this as spam to your email service provider or contact them on how you can further block these types of emails. <******************>

Peter Andrews Corp. is a local home furnishings company located on Long Island ********.  Every email we send to customers has an option on the bottom to "UNSUBSCRIBE"

We also have a place on our web site that says CONTACT US where someone can ask us to remove them from any emails.

We DO NOT send emails to customers unless they sign up either in our store or on our web site and subscribe to

our service . This persons email, name, or phone number does not exist on our data base at all .  We do not have a store in the state of MA  where this person claims we our

sending them emails. There is however a business called PETER ANDREWS & FAMILY CONSTRUCTION located in  the stare of MA with the SAME AREA CODE as the client and their

phone number is ************.  We assume that company is where the emails are coming from as we have never sent an email to **************** *** . We understand

that this is probably a mix up since there is a business that goes by the same name in the customers area.  We can say with 100 percent certainty that the emails this person

is receiving are not coming from our business PETER ANDREWS CORPORATION , ********** **.  I am attaching the advertisement I found on the internet advertising

the PETER ANDREWS construction company as well as the proof this client is not in our data base. I  hope this clears up this mix up. We are not the "PETER ANDREWS" that

are sending these emails to this person.
