    I purchase 15' Rockville loaded enclosure setup. I took it to my installer to get installed, and it wasn't 2 days the speaker system terminal was causing my system to make weird noises. So I went back to the installers again after I compensated already for hooking up my system to get them to check it out. The installers took the subwoofer from the box and noticed that the speaker terminals was defected from the factory. So I reached out to tell the Company my situation and that I needed another setup because of the scrap y'all sold me wasn't good. It's been a back and forth with these clowns and I'm having to take it another step further. I advise no one to waste their money on the piece of c*** This is the worst audio setup I've ever delt with in my career. Totally garbage....

    Buyer Beware of this company! My dad purchased a brand new amp and sub package from them prior to him passing away as a birthday gift for me and the amp was defective and because i dont have any information so they can look up order number they refuse to stand by their product at all on warranty even if i returned it in the original box which is terrible. They said the amp could be 10 years old for all they knew, and i said well to solve that why dont you place a manufacturer date on all your products and never could acknowledge the advice. Just beware if you make a purchase of their brand make dang sure you leave a paper trail or your on your own totally if anything goes wrong with any of their brand .

    Absolutely a scam of a company...they sell used blown equipment as NEW. The ** AG should seriously investigate their business practices.

    Absolutely garbage company. They are very quick to take a customer's money and make promises on their products and services but are absolutely pathetic on fulfillment of those promises. They send out broken or non functional equipment with no staff checking quality of product before it leaves the warehouses as told by a tech support rep. **** an item is returned it's at their ******* as to when a replacement is sent back to the customer. They claim to be open 24/7 but any issues that *** occur after 5 pm or on weekends are not taken care of until a supervisor comes in at 9 am on a business day. Even then you don't get call backs or a live person just an email. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, disrespectful, and overall discusting behavior of a company. I wouldn't give a star rating to this company but you are forced to give at least 1, I'd give a negative 10 stars .

    Trash a** customer service! Over a week of ***** updates saying my speakers were in ****. When asked got told they can't help me it's ***** fault. F*** rockville!

    I agree with others that there should be a negative star option. Had I been savvy enough to check the BBB BEFORE buying so much equipment from them, I definitely would have spent it elsewhere, even if it meant spending $100s more. Shotty equipment in some cases. In others, the customer service is so poor and their excuse is always not their fault or it is out of their hands even when it comes down to shipping and tracking and other basic services. There is no way to speak with any one above level 1 service/support. No offer or even attempt made to reconcile the issue(s).

    I wish there was a negative star rating!!! My husband ordered amplifier, Model ATOM530, Serial #*******ATOMS3000394K in April 2023. The amp never worked right and finally just quit working last month. Rockville's one year return policy is ********. My husband emailed and called Rockville to no avail. No offer of returning this item for a working unit. Also, no offer to send this broken amp back for repair. People read these reviews before ordering from here, because if we did, we would never have placed this order!!

    Company falsifies reviews that are posted to product pages. When I wrote a review, it was never posted to the website because it was negative. Only four and five star reviews are allowed to be posted on the page. The company did reach out, however, to question me why I left a negative review. If the reviews were unaltered and transparent I would have never given them money in the first place.

    Ordered and received the *** 122K system more quickly than expected shipping date. The active speaker had a loose connection that caused the audio to drop out intermittently, but tech support was extremely accommodating and we had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes.Extremely satisfied with the company, their support, and the quality of the equipment I received.
