On Oct. 15, 2022, I purchased three sets of warranties upon purchase of my vehicle. I canceled one the same day and the other two the 2nd day. All the warranties were cancelled within two days. To this day, they haven't refunded me any of it, despite my repeated reminder. Because of that, I have also incurred three months of interest payment. I have also wasted several milage visiting the dealership regarding the matter.

I am alerting staff to your request.

The money would have been sent to the bank financing your vehicle - are you certain those refunds haven't occurred?

      Thanks,

Like several others who have filed complaints about this business, I continue to receive junk snail mail from this company despite repeated requests to be removed from their mailing list. They send multiple letters a month, each marked "Final Notice." I have never used them (and will never, ever, use them) - these are purely marketing mailings. I have called them and written to them on multiple occasions and have even visited their location. While they promise to remove me, they never have. I am being inundated with mailings from a company that has now completely turned me off from ever using them - why won't they just honor a very simple request??

Rockaway Nissan had sent an email (on 8/11/2022 and 8/18/2022) stating that they were looking for leased or financed vehicles to purchase due to a shortage in pre owned inventory. As I was only 7 months into my lease, I was skeptical of my chances that this was marketed towards someone in my situation. I contacted the dealership by phone to express my concerns but they assured me that a deal could be done and that I should come into the dealership.Upon arriving at the dealer I was introduced to a personable salesperson named *****************************. He spoke to me about my situation and stated that I was not the first person he had purchased a leased vehicle from. He stated that because I was less than a year into my lease, I would have to finance the vehicle in order for him to purchase the vehicle from me. I was promised that I had positive equity in the vehicle and would make money on the transaction. I was assured a multitude of times that, at worst, this would cost me NO money out of my pocket and that the transaction would be seamless. I was then introduced to the finance personnel who prepared the financing for the vehicle. As my lease payment was close to $500 a month, I was shocked to see a new payment of close to $850 per month for the finance. I was assured by ***************************** that I would not make one single payment and that I should just sign and he would take care of the rest. Foolishly, I signed for the vehicle and left the dealership with instructions to return once I received the title from ***. Upon returning home, I found a charge to my debit card for $100.00 from the dealership without explanation as to what this was for or why I was charged. Two painstaking months later (10/03/2022), I was issued and received that title. I immediately returned to the dealership and was told that ****************** was not in and to return on Friday of that week (10/07/2022). I returned Friday only for ****************** to tell me that his wholesaler.. contact for more

There was no refund issued regarding warranty cancellation as of yet. Furthermore, I still have the vehicle that the dealership verbally promised, on multiple occasions, to purchase. I am still liable for an 850-ish dollar a month payment on a vehicle I did not wish to, but was forced to, finance.  While there was a monetary exchange at the dealership, it does not nearly cover the negative equity in the vehicle needed to make me whole.

At 11:15 am to 12:19pm, (service started and ended) I dropped off my 2020 Nissan Sentra for a recall repair and around 12:12 pm I was approach but the front desk receptionist about my car. And she sent me pictures, on why my car couldnt be fix. And the pictures she showed me, WAS UNBELIEVABLY!! I didnt want to believe them. My car was not in the conditions that I took it in. This is beyond unacceptable! I took my car in good condition (outside looking). Now I feel like I'm driving in an unsafe car because who knows what they could of done. I don't even want this car anymore after this experience!! Nissan *************** (***), put a whole scratch on my car to the point the paint came off! *** also, took one of their tools and bent in the corner of my hood (right hand side) of my car, to make it seem I caused that. Now theres a whole gap. Also, when I left-up the hood of the car its touching another part of the car, that it would make noise because its over lapping. My hood is not aligned anymore. Someone HAVE to go to this dealership and do something about this!!! If *** can damage my car on the outside, how do I know it was not damage inside (if the the problem I went there was really touched or loosen) I would never know and I do NOT trust them !

I purchased a vehicle, it was always a cash deal. Several times ****** tried to get me to fiance, and explained they get a commission and would be lower the asking price because of that. I contested, I only wanted to pay cash and did not want any credit pulls. We agreed on a cash sale and *** insisted I sign a nissan document with my personal details in order to buy the car. Later I found out they pulled my credit twice although it was a cash deal, the balance paid on night of the deal was $5,600 September 9, 2022 by credit card. The remaining balance of $16,500 was paid by certified bank check on September 10, 2022. I begged to leave with my old car I was trading in and they insisted I take the new car on September 9, 2022. I was never told they need to soft pull my credit until I pay the balance the next day until after. They hard pulled my credit twice and I was never taking a loan. *** also promised a gas card $20 and a carwash $25. After the sale he then said I could only have one. I was deceived and would like to dispute the two credit checks for a cash sale as I never agreed to a loan or pulling my credit.

On September 26th at around 8:40 am I dropped off my 2021 Black Nissan Rogue Platinum model for a recall, oil change and a quote for a door mirror cover. After requesting a loaner car since my repairs for the recall would take over four hour they said they didnt have any loaner cars. So I walked home and didnt get a call back to pick up my car till 4:30 pm which was over four hours long and a complete waste of my day. Upon paying for the oil change and walking into my car I notice that my car was not as I handed it over to Nissan for the repairs. The panels were not in place and my leather was scratched. So I returned back inside and spoke to ***** the service advisor and had them check out the car. I received a loaner call and asked to leave the car for the night. I cant believe that I would take my car to get recall repairs to the dealership and that they will not do a quality control check before having me pick up the car. Also oil stains on the cloth that wasnt there before. I dont feel safe driving the car after noticing parts not put back in place how they should. I fear that my airbags can deploy and other parts of my car will fly out. I didnt take in my car like this why should I accept it in these conditions.

The manger did fix my issue with my car but after taking my car in to get the issues fixed they emptied out my car center consul storage compartment I had important stuff in it including paperwork from my doctor, an IPhone 6S and my car registration paperwork. After going several time the service department didnt have the bag with the items. This is very frustrating to me and unresponsible of them.

      Sir-

We believe greatly in customer service and making our customers happy. In this instance, we were making our best efforts to convenience you - and that rushed effort was also not satisfactory.

While we are deeply apologetic, it seems that your fears are not quite justified by the repairs done or the actual efforts to fix your vehicle in reality. Additionally, we clearly post signage to warn and/all service customers that valuables of any kind cannot be lefty in your vehicle. We specifically disclaim responsibility for these things because of the difficulties tracking or safekeeping unknowns.

We appreciate your business and hope that we can restore your trust.

I placed a $520 deposit on July 21st 2022 to hold a vehicle (Nissan Murano) I planned on leasing. I decided not to take the vehicle again and went in to speak directly with the manager after being rudely hung up on by the sales person ***************************** who tried to lease me the car the day before. I spoke with the manager the following day on July 22nd in person who told me he was truly sorry for my experience and assured me that my $520 deposit would be fully refunded within 10 business days. It has been one month since then and I have yet to see my credit card refunded. I have tried contacting the dealership on different occasions and once I state that I am calling for my refund I am directed to their voice-mail system. I can never get in contact with the right person to issue my refund and no one returns my call. I am hoping this issue can be resolved.
