    When using the frying pans, the metal flame guard heats up even when not near the flame of the gas stovetop and the plastic handle around it scorches and releases a terrible chemical smell that is very hard to clear out of the house. I reached out and sent pictures of the burnt handle and they responded that it's perfectly safe to use. We bought a three piece set and now two of the pans have had this happen. The smallest pan is still working well. It's probably safest to throw these pans away.

    Horrifying is the only word that I can use to describe the green pan company. I thought I was using a healthier alternative that was supposed to be non-stick. The pans are only 1-year-old and will not work anymore. I contacted the company because I'm within the warranty. And they blamed it on me and gave me an unsatisfactory response saying that I clean them wrong. The surface is not non-stick. I followed all directions. I used the melamine cleaning sponge. I did everything correct. The pans non-stick coating stopped working. Hundreds of dollars gone down the drain and the company will do nothing to reimburse. This is terrible. Will never order from them again and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family not to order from them.

    I recently had a horrifying experience with GreenPan. I ordered a waffle maker, expecting a new and clean product. Instead, what I received was absolutely disgusting: it was caked in old waffle batter and covered in greasy fingerprints. The company tried to disguise this used item as new by slapping a few stickers on it. This level of deceit and lack of professionalism is appalling. Avoid this shady company at all costs. Do not buy from GreenPan.

    These pans do not offer a non stick surface. I complained to the company but received an unsatisfactory response. ( youre cleaning it wrong) I would like to be reimbursed but again an unsatisfactory response,

    My husband bought the 22 piece green pan set on Amazon as a Christmas gift for me. It was a $376.24 after the $150 off from the deal of the day. I used one pan only a handful of times (Maybe 5-6) before noticing a chip in the bottom of one pan. I contacted the company and received a blanket response. A week later another pan that was used 3 times for cooking oatmeal also had a chip in the bottom. Again, I reached out and sent pictures only to get the same blanket response that this is normal wear and tear. I have several other green pans that I havent used yet and am afraid to because of the 2 I have used already chipping.

    I received a set of pans sold by this company. In the set the 12in frying pan came defective. It us extremely dented on one side. I have tried and tried to contact them and all I have gotten was a "our job experts will get back to you. All I am asking for is a replacement. I recently placed a review on a site where others were complaining about the company and they answered me with " our job experts are working on it. Luckily out of the 5 sets my mother bought. Off GMA DEALS, mine was the only with a defect.

    This is supposed to be premium nonstick cookware. Its also very expensive. I paid close to $200 for a 12 inch pan and within a few months it started sticking. I recently contacted the company and they sent me instructions for cleaning the pan. But when I tried their method, it did not work. Ive been trying to email them for a solution, and they have not been replying. I can see Im not the only person with this experience. Infuriating.

    I bought a 10 piece Blue Diamond cookware set in November. I have a pot and a skillet that are scratched up badly. I can't even fry an egg in. I used a dishcloth for washing them. I called customer service and I sent pictures through an email and they told me that it normal wear for their pot and pan! Very disappointed in Blue Diamnond cookware. I paid good money for their cookware to breakdown and can't be used after 3 months time!

    We purchased the Reserve Ceramic Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set in **** and they were already proving to be defective by July. Chipping around the edges due to the metal rim of the lids they came with, hard to clean, and getting scratched by a wooden spoon! I reached out to customer service and they were not willing to help me and basically telling me the problems I am encountering are "normal". They just kept copy/pasting the same info and telling me it's normal and not to worry because the chipping is still safe to eat. I asked twice for a manager to review my case and they ignored that request. Terrible quality product and customer service not willing to help even after going back and forth in about 10 emails. Very disappointed and will not be buying these pans again. Helping to spread the word to not waste your money on these pans!
