While the business has stated they removed my information, the original listing remains publicly indexed by ****** and still appears in search results. From a consumer protection standpoint, the issue is not resolved if my name and personal information continue to appear in search engines.
A functional removal would require them to:
- Fully delete or block the page from public access
- Add a noindex directive to prevent indexing
- Or submit a removal request via ****** Search ConsoleAt this time, none of those steps appear to have been taken. I appreciate BBBs involvement, but I must respectfully state that the matter is not resolved unless the listing is fully removed from ****** results.

I included screen shots of this yesterday and will include two today with ****** statement stating that "You requested that a non-functional page be removed from search results, but the page still exists, and is accessible by ******. Requests to the Remove Outdated Content tool can succeed only when the page is no longer available." for ************************************************.
Please note: This listing was created without my consent, and I have previously attempted to resolve this directly with no lasting success. I am asking for full removal from all platforms under the businesss control, and for the data not to be redistributed to third-party aggregators.

Trying to cancel a $189 monthly subscription that I was not fully aware of, no contact information for the company has worked for me to reach anyone. Predatory sales practices by this ********** June ********************************************************************** their magazine. I have been practicing since 2021 and I did not know anything about such an arrangement, so I did not realize that there are significant costs involved on the doctor. After a 20-minute phone call answering interview questions, and being asked if I would like a plaque delivered to me, there was no mention of any costs till the end. The salesperson proceeded to try selling a "Diamond" "Platinum" or "Gold" package all with ridiculous price tags. I then explained that this was not something that I could invest in. I work in academia and do not have excess income I can spend on this, nor was I looking to expand my referrals. I refused any added fees except for being issued on their website, rather than the printed magazine, and the plaque, with my understanding that I did not want any monthly subscription. At this point the salesperson continued on for 10 more minutes trying to convince me to do more while I was just trying to get off the phone and was falling behind on my schedule. 3 months later, I was charged $189 per month since June 10 and a one-time fee of $201.83. This is a total of $768.83 without a single invoice or notification. The only way I caught it was after reviewing my monthly spending last month and tried calling all available numbers for this company without any answer. Since I did receive the plaque, I would just like to dispute the monthly fee. I hope that BBB could help with this.Business Response

I signed up to pay a ONE TIME $200 charge for a plaque and a press release. The sales *** who called me did not explain ANYTHING about an ongoing program and membership with monthly charges. My credit card information was stored and fraudulently charged monthly for $195 for the following 5 months. I need a full refund in the amount of $768.49. It is appalling to prey on physicians by phone and then enroll them into programs with useless services (that they have no awareness of) without their knowledge. When i called to request to be refunded, I was advised i must not remember signing up (which is ABSURD because I am 43 with no memory issues and I remember very clearly what I agreed to on the phonecall.) If I am not refunded immediately I will pursue legal action for this fraud. I wish I had looked at this BBB page before agreeing to the one time charge - there are over 70 ***orts of outright FRAUD AND THEFT.Business Response

The business conducted a fake interview for a fake award and solicited money to publish my information in their marketing materials. I received a call from this business.Regarding, possibly promoting me on their magazine and offer me the title of the top doctor in the state of *********. After a fifteen minute discussion, I did find it reasonable to committ $998 for a full online profile levels and A top doctor badge, which I could place on my website. After two weeks of non-contact, they contacted me again and stated they were still working on editing, my profile and subsequently charged me another $1,029 for which I did not authorize, and for which no services are rendered for the first $998. I have tried multiple times calling back the company requesting refund, however, they always call for private numbers and are extremely difficult to contact. This is an obvious psuedo-scam and am seeking the return of 100% of my committed capital for lack of services rendered.Business Response

This company fraudulently charged my credit card $1000 for services that I did not ask for and did not agree to.
I agreed to pay $1000 for a certain marketing package called the gold package.
Without proper authorization from me, they automatically, again without permission from me, upgraded me to another marketing package for an additional $1000.
I never authorized that second payment, as those services were never agreed upon.
They quite literally stole $1000 from me.
They have refused to return the $1000 to me and furthermore, they have refused to close my account and delete my credit card information.
I am demanding a return of my $1000 and a closure of my account.
