      Hello, good evening. I wanted share my experience that i had last week with Cookies Department Store thats located in ******* ********. Theres a manager with the name of *****. I was shopping around when i noticed the manager, *****, yelling at one of his employees, unprofessionally. Speaking to employee disrespectfully and not in a professional manner at all. After seeing this, i spoke to a few employees that work there. They all informed me that, *****, the manager, treats them with disrespect and is cruel to his employees. Keeping in mind most of the employees are women who works at this establishment, its unacceptable. He has no respect for them women who works there. Some of the women employees informed me that, *****, acts unmannerly towards them when they ask to use the bathroom. INTOLERABLE! ***** is unprofessional, disrespectful, cruel and dreadful to his employees. SOMEONE LIKE THIS DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE WORKING AS A MANAGER, YET, BE WORKING AT ALL. Please help with figuring out a solution this horrible experience i had. I feel horrible and hurt for the employees who have to go through this on a regular basis.       My information was used to fraudulently place an order. I have never heard of this company but was signed up for a magazine subscription i never signed up for after a purchase was made using my information. Waited on hold forever and customer service never answered the phone. Any charges I receive from this company will be filed as chargebacks because I did not place them.

If you do not want this gift, you have the option of removing it from your cart prior to checkout.Please rest assured that we did not send any of your payment information to the magazine company, as we would never jeopardize any of your payment information. The only information that we provided the magazine company was the shipping name and address. You will not be liable for another year's subscription and if you do not wish to keep the current subscription, you may cancel it at any time.       I have never placed an order on your website, and when I finally got ahold of customer service, they had no record of an order ever being placed with my information. Ive already cancelled the subscription myself, but the subscription service pinpointed your company as providing my information to them, which your company should not have ever had, so I stand by the fact that something sketchy went going on.

      "I had a terrible experience with this company Cookies Kids. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the products was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone." The managers Kim and Angie have withdrawn my request for an exchange not a refund because they claim one item in the bag did Not meet return policy. I only want my money back in full and to never deal with them again. What do I do?

      I have been a loyal customer at ******************** for years. I have placed many orders online which is convenient for ***** recent order was cancelled, to my amazement. Upon making inquiries. I was told that I stopped payment on an order last year August. I was never notified and my bank statement showed no such transaction. Moreover, I kept placing and receiving orders after that date without any problems.Now.I am told that I can no longer place anymore order online. I can only shop in store which is very disheartening.I told the agent to review my account to make sure there was no error on their end. She told me that her manager already decided on the resolution and it was final.I am very disappointed and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

      Hello all! I went to this store for the very first time and what i can say is the Indie Manager is so Rude. I asked an employee which was a young lady must have been about 17 years old. Why was it the pants i was about to purchase higher Priced then all the others that was all the same ************** She said she was not sure but it could be bigger size. I told her that is not okay they should have signage. She replied sorry i told her not her fault & walked away. I seen her manager approach her poor girl. He tells her what was that customer telling you? as she explained he told her next time you get a manager & go go work very Rude to her. So i made it my business to approach them before she walked away & told hiss lil *ss don't speak to her that way he told me mind my biz. I had to go in on him and put him straight. He yelled at me told me shut up. My smart self got so loud in the store everyone started to look at him. I told all them young employee workers Don't let him speak to all of you that way. There are Phone numbers to ************* him. His other manager came out ***** & apologized on his behalf & the store also continued to tell me he has been there for many years & is a tough person. I stated to him that *** like him makes to work environment toxic & makes the business looks Bad! Also that i will never return to this location ******* /melrose location

      Cookies Department Store Downtown Brooklyn refused to give me a full refund of a purchase that they no longer had in stock. The way I was handled by the manager was disgusting he was very sarcastic and rude! The receipt store policy says no returns which is ridiculous! They’re robbing people & forcing store credit, online it says “Returns can be for refund, exchange, or store credit. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.” I feel robbed of my money & that is not ok! Every customer are entitled to their money back especially if items are unopened with receipt! I will no longer shop nor support this department store/company. I did not like the way I was treated after being a loyal customer for years! I shouldn’t not feel robbed nor have to explain my returns! They need to be investigated.

      Horrible customer service - received defective merchandise and they would not pay for the return. Plus they have not signed me up for magazines as a "thank you." I did not want these publications and it took me over two hours to research and get them cancelled. Thankfully the media company was EXTREMELY helpful. They obviously gave away my home address and email. Serious invasion of my privacy.

      Im not quite sure why Cookies will only accept an online purchase at a store for exchange only, but if they want to return a customer has to spend extra money to return it. The cost of the label is $7.00 and my 1 item that needs returning is $8.83. How is that fair or even legal? And the same item I need, they are selling through ******* and its much more expensive by almost $8.00, So is this how they hustle customers out of their money? I get every one is trying to recover from Covid, but those like myself that are on disability have it tough as well and this practice should be changed. Its not right especially for a 1 item return.

      This online business has my account linked with another order that does not belong to me and has cancelled my order. This has to be an illegal business practice and has banned me from ordering. The customer service team refuses to correct it. This has be illegal. I would like the BBB to look into this and have this company update its records. They refused to provide the information related to the order that links me specifically only indicates that the order is fraud. Please be ware of placing orders with this company as they have poor customer service and never resolves their issues only apologizes and disconnects the calls

      I ordered from them and never received my items and all they did for weeks is give me a run around and never refunded me my money for the summer clothes I ordered for my grandson. Worse company to deal with ever. They will steel your money.
