      I placed an order (#***********) from dhgate on June 16, 2024. It was supposed to be delivered between 7/2 & 7/10. It is now 7/23 and there is nothing under tracking except from the day the item was supposedly shipped (imag* ********). I have no doubt the vendor shipped the original order and I placed a 2nd order (#***********) for the same thing on 7/8. That item will be delivered sometime this week as it had arrived in *******, ** on 7/20 and the estimated delivery date was 7/23-7/28. The tracking number for this order is #************************** (image usps2.png).My order that was placed in June is no where to be found, there is no place to track it on the Fast Track Express website so I called the toll free number to inquire about my package and "there is no one to take your call, leave a message in the general mailbox and we will return your call." I have not received a call back. I want to know what happened to my order with the tracking number listed below. I can't get a refund from the vendor for the my order until August 26. I needed this the beginning of July. (Another order placed the same day a few minutes later was shipped by the vendor using China Post, that order was received on 7/5).

      My item has been saying since June 16 it has arrived and departed in *******, ******** multiple times it is now the 30th and it's still in ******* ********. I don't understand why it is taking so long to leave ********. I'm almost to the point that it's not gonna make it here in time for my trip which is July 5 it was supposed to have been here between the 23rd and 25 June

      I ordered items from dhgate and they were sent to fast track express, no update besides saying that it hasnt departed from them yet twice.

      I ordered a pair of shoes from a business. The funds were taken off my card. And I received confirmation from PayPal that the receipt of payment was taken for the item. Now the item is sitting in fast track building in ********** for a week and 2days now. And the **** has no idea as to what is going on.

      On May 21, 2024, and May 26, 2024, I ordered two kits from Aislilfi.com. Both packages have tracking updates that read that the **** is awaiting the packages and the items departed the shipping partner facility. The **** Tracking keeps updating this with the same message every day but no apparent movement of the package to the **** post office location for routing and delivery. Please tell me where my packages are and what the delay is.

      This package came from ***** with tracking number at386880735cn and was relabeled and sent without a street address and I was never given the **** tracking number for the package so I have no way to work with **** to retrive my package. The package went back to the return addrress printed on this **** label in *********** ********** not to me. I have written the company in *********** however they have not responded. Contact me and provide the **** tracking number or provide me with an avenue to retrive my package. MY PHONE NUMBER IS ON THE ********

      I ordered an item from **** and upon using the **** tracking app found out fast track express **** was the "shipping partner" involved in delivering my package. Upon review of the package's tracking I've noticed said package repeatedly departs and arrives at the same facility ( fast track express ***** headquarters in *******, ********) through further investing this matter I've came across over 200 people with similar experiences and only about 20 who have had any responses from this business. I want reassurance that I will receive my purchase and for this company to be audited or investigated.

      I have attempted to purchase the same items 2 times from two separate stores. Each time it shows as picked up by Shipping partner Facility, it has not been delivered. It went from being delivered on 4/22/24 at 8:43am to departing facility 4/22/24 at 10:43am. This should have been the only update from them. but it goes back and forth with switching from delivered to departing since. It appears to be that someone is playing around and not actually delivering them to ***** I am ****** irritated at the fact that no one is resolving this issue.
