******************************* <*********************>Feb 21, 2023, 3:56 PM (1 day ago)to *** ************************************** Hi *** ,I see now, the tracking says a signature is not required.I expected to have Gold Coin provide a safe delivery , especially since the value of the merchandise of USD 318.95.On top of that Gold Coin website doesn;t have any way ( for buyer) to request or change delivery options there is only a flat rate that doesn't specify carrier's name and delivery options, my understanding is that seller has to deliver the product to buyer , and in my case did not happen.Gold Coin decided to hire ***** to deliver without requiring any signature , so the risk involved is applicable to Gold Coin ( not the buyer) , I do not have any agreement with ****** I made an order to Gold Coin and you did not perform any delivery.We do have a large mailbox that would have fit that item.As well my daughter is at home in the morning, but ***** did not ring the bell either.As I communicated to you I did not receive any package, and I insist to get a refund since i paid and did not receive any door tag or shipment.Please let me know how you want to proceed.Bye *******************************
