I ordered clothing products from this company as a gift, the clothes didnt fit so I tried to contact the company for a return/exchange which was well within their 60 day return period, and I never got a response, I sent multiple emails, and no phone number listed to contact, I just want to return the products that dont fit and get my money back to buy elsewhere.Customer Answer

Received a pair of leggings that had arrived. With an incomplete stitch. I have attempted numerous times to contact customer support with no success. I received my order and the color of the leggings is nothing like the photo and the quality is terrible. I contacted Peach Lift customer service in hopes to get information to start a return and I never got a response. they only have an email no phone number. I tried 2 more times after that and got no response. I want my money back I have no interest in the leggings all I want is to return them. I bought a pair of leggings on September 6th, 2024 from The Peach Lift. They arrived September 13th, 2024 and I was not happy with the product. It was poor quality and did not do as advertised. I emailed The Peach Lift for a refund. Since then, I've emailed one more time and filled out the "contact us" section of their website twice. I also messaged their company page on ********. I bought 2 pairs of leggings from Peach Lift on 5/30/24, and received them approximately 2 months later. For one, there was no way to inquire about the order once I purchased. I only received a verification email saying they were on their way when I bought them. Two, the leggings were the wrong size so I asked for an exchange by emailing them directly on 7/11/24. I only emailed them because there was no shipping address on the package, or a return slip, or a phone number, and they say on their website you can return within 60 days for an exchange. They also say they will return your email within 24 hours. I didnt receive a response at all. I am willing to receive the leggings again in the right size. I needed a size up from what I ordered. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and response with this company. I was unhappy with my purchase on 6/1 and the length of time it took to receive the items. One of the shorts was in the wrong color. I ordered gray and the color is a brown/beige. I also wanted to express my disappointment in the shipping process. I placed the order on 6/1 and it didn't finally arrive until 6/20. The confirmation email specifically states Free Express Shipping (2-7 days). I have tried on multiple occasions and in various ways (website, email, ********* to reach out to the company regarding the process for returns and have still not heard back. There is a 60 day return policy and I feel that you are purposely avoiding a response so I cannot return my items. This company is terrible and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! I ordered these leggings and they came with holes and rips. The seams do not line up. They quality is very poor. I contacted the company numerous times to receive information on how to return the leggings, to no avail. I have pictures and copies of emails and defective leggings. I purchased two pairs of leggings on 12/17/2023 with 2 day expedited shipping. I did not recieve the leggings until 1/7/2024. When they arrived, I immediately noticed they're poor quality. One had a hole and the other pair was frayed and would not survive a wash. I reached out to customer and we had 18 back and forth emails responses. I wanted to return them. They offered to refund one. I tried to explain both were frayed and going to fall apart. I never recieced a response after my last email. I filed a charge back at my bank and the claim was denied because Peach Lift said I "never reached out to customer service" despite multiple emails showing proof. I just want my money back. I washed the leggings once and there's multiple holes and frayed seams on both. Their cusromer service number just tells you to email them. Really, really unhappy with how this whole thing was handled. The company lied to my bank.Customer Answer

I ordered leggings from this company in November 2023. Upon receipt of item, I immediately contacted company via email to return these ***** leggings. They were very cheap quality and threads on bottom of both legs were coming apart. Company claimed no refunds but their return policy states 60 days. They then decided they would send me another pair which I refused as I wanted to return these and get my refund. They stopped communication. I contacted my credit card company but they were useless.
