    IVE BEEN WAITING 9 DAYS FOR MY PACKAGE AND STILL DID NOT RECEIVE IT! THIS IS F***** RIDICULOUS!!!! I BETTER GET MY PACKAGE TODAY OR A REFUND!! DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Shein is working with a very incompetent courier company called Buffalo logistics in ************.Buffalo is scamming us customers by not delievering our parcels and the **** parcels as delivered. I have been following up with them trying to atleast get a refund and i've always been told that the driver is still under investigation and it's been more than a month now and they don't know when they'll complete the investigation.The customer care agents are very rude and refuse to assist me with getting my refund, i was told that Shein should refund me not them and they refuse to write a letter instructing Shein to refund. I've spent over R3000 on this order and needs my money back.Shein is also not easily contactable for customers to be able to report such incidents / complaints. I've been including Shein in all communications but they do not respond.I feel scammed and angry!!!!
