    I placed an order at the end of May and it took over 2 weeks to receive my order. My order totaled $400. I was missing $100 worth of clothing. I tried to let SHEIN know what I was missing. They messaged me back and said I need to check my package again. Very poor customer service its all AI. You cant speak with a real human being. I have spent a lot of money in the past and I have nothing to lie about. I am upset that this was not investigated like they said and now I am short 9 items from my order. I will never order from them again.

    I purchased a dress and paid for express shipping for it to arrive in time for my needs. They sent me the wrong dress and I was unable to use for the event I needed it for. They are refusing to refund the express shipping fee when it was 100% their fault.

    Dont use this website to buy something. This ************************** is a scammer. I ordered but i didnt received the item. Im requesting a refund but they dont want to refund the money. Its there fault. They put a wrong address on the item so it went to someone else not to me. AGAIN BEWARE ON THIS WEBSITE. **************************

    ****** una compra en SHEIN y mi pedido fue dividido en dos partes. Una lleg correctamente, pero la otra nunca fue entregada en mi direccin. A pesar de reportarlo de inmediato, el servicio al cliente me ha ignorado sistemticamente, exigindome pruebas imposibles de obtener, como una cmara de seguridad o firma falsificada de algo que simplemente NO recib!Lo ms ********** es que reconocen el problema pero no dan ******** ni siquiera ofrecen un reintegro a su propia cartera. Solo repiten respuestas automticas y no se hacen responsables de la empresa de mensajera que ellos mismos eligieron (SpeedX).He sido una clienta fiel durante aos, pero esta experiencia ha sido decepcionante.SHEIN me *** mi dinero. No volver a comprar hasta que resuelvan este caso.

    I made an order of 6 dresses, it took 2 weeks to receive a wrong order, of a totally different (1) dress and 2 pair of shoes. I *** the order and now I tried to message them for my overdue order and it won't accept my messages. I can't even get a hold of them.

    I went to a web site from Shein that was on ********. I bought some clothes and thought they were inexpensive. I went to the real Shein website later and am pretty sure the first one was a scam. The sent me an email from a 3rd party and said I could check on my order, but couldn't open it. I have contacted my bank and reported it. Beware!!

    I purchased a product at the end of May, which was a set of eyeshadows. Which estimated approximately $8.22. I did receive a package but the package was an inch size paint tape and I have filled out a complaint. Once I received this package and nothing was ever done about this. This is unprofessional and unaccepted, and I have deleted the Shein app because of this. And the main reason is the communication all I wanted was my eyeshadows what the world am I gonna do with an inch size tape and I will be more than glad to send you a picture of the c*** that I got and whoever package that needs reprimanded because Im telling everyone at least somebody can get a laugh out of it

    I have been buying from Shein for over a few years. Never had any problem until they started using ******. Let me tell you. Shein will send you the same response a pretty much oh well! You need to wait another week. Oh well, wait another week! I have a package that has been sitting in SpeedX processing facility in ********* for almost 3 weeks and I have been told its just a processing error due to customs. Funny... custom's released by package a month ago! So, no its not them. They dont even care that this package is delay.
