  The worst customer service I've ever had. My package arrived late, damaged and open with 7 missing items. I provided proof of how my package was received and they will not help me at all. I wasn't asking for a refund, I just want the items that I PAID FOR and did not receive and they have refused to help in any way. BUYER BEWARE, if you ever have an issue with missing items you probably won't receive any help.

  Placed a order through Shein and had to return 6 outfits do to size, Shein instructed me to put the 6 outfits in one bag and they sent me out 1 barcode for the post office to scan, they only credited me ***** for 1 outfit. I have sent emails in provided the order numbers for the returned items and still no help, it's no one too talk to no customer service number my experience doing this process have been very difficult will not shop with them again.

  I placed an order through Shein, advertised as Quick Ship. According to **** tracking, the package was marked as Delivered on May 3, but I never received it. I contacted ****, and they confirmed that the seller had changed the delivery address after shipping, which explains why it shows as deliveredeven though I never received the item.I have surveillance footage from that day showing the **** mail carrier only delivered two envelopes, with no packages of the expected size. **** also confirmed that the package was not addressed to my residence.This appears to be a growing scam by some third-party sellers on Shein, who manipulate delivery information to falsely trigger a delivered status and avoid refunds. I have found many similar complaints online describing this exact tactic.I reported the issue to Shein but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am concerned that Shein is not doing enough to monitor or regulate fraudulent third-party sellers, and as a result, customers are being misled and defrauded.I paid via ****** and am pursuing a claim there as well, but I believe Shein should take responsibility for sellers on its platform.

  You get what you pay for. Shein uses a lot of chemicals on their items. Clothing smells with extreme chemical, it doesn't matter how many times you wash it. Their customer service is probably the worst I've experienced with any company and I'm an avid shopper. Don't attempt to initiate a return, its next to impossible and they want to you first agree to a loss of item prior to even returning, you're better off keeping the item than losing both your money and item. Shopping with Temu is probably better. ****** with this company. Some things may be okay to wear but most is nothing like the picture.

  I ordered so much from this company. I had a package delivered while I was away from home and was stolen I reached out to customer service to inform them as well as either have a replacement sent or refund. They said because it was not delivered they cant refund me back my money so they stole from me now. I was a victim of theft and they are not helping me with a result. I will never support this business again and others I hope do the same if they want to take my money and not refund it because my package was stolen. Their clothes dont fit right and unprofessional customer service. Not happy with them. I have closed my account and will not shop with them ever again!

  This is the first time I have ordered from SHEIN, and I admit that I was surprised by all these negative reviews I read because my delivery was overall well and faster than expected. The product received is according with the price I paid. Although the packages arrived on different days, everything was complete. To check the company's reliability, product, quality, and quantity, I ordered the delivery to my residential address, which was okay. However, for dropshipping, I would ask for modifications since a few different styles came first, and a plastic bag and the rest of the same product's styles came later in another box. This way could be confusing for fulfillment centers. Overall, I am satisfied with the product, and I would order it again. Thanks.

  SHEIN sent me a different customers tracking number and then accused me of lying about not receiving my package. I am beyond irritated with their lack of customer service and scamming!

  I ordered a weight bench from shein. I gave them the corrrct name and address to deliver to and have a screenshot to prove it. They gave ***** the wrong address, so says *****, and ***** delivered it to that address. Shein refuses to admit fault and refund me a measly $49.90.they are frauds and thieves.

  SHEIN IS A ***************** After placing your order, Shein will send you a fake real tracking number (a tracking number for someone else's package to someone else's house and attach it to your order in your Shein account. When that tracking number gets delivered to their house, it will be marked "Delivered" in your account. ********************** will claim that they've already delivered your package even though they never even sent out a package to you. When you contact Shein, all you will ever see is generic robotic messages repeating the same thing over and over again. Shein will not give you a refund since that order now says "Delivered". EVERYONE NEEDS TO STOP SUPPORTING THIS ************ AND LET IT BURN TO THE GROUND. WE NEED TO START REPORTING SHEIN TO THE ************************ FOR FRAUD IN OUR RESPECTIVE COUNTRY.If you have been scammed by Shein, please do the following:1. Report Shein to the Federal Trade Comission for fraud. ****** the website to report.2. Contact the delivery company: ****, ***, *****, etc.. and ask for a report of the tracking number provided by Shein. (Package information, sender information, recipient information).3. File a police report to your local police department for delivery fraud using the proof from the delivery company and obtain a citation number.4. Contact your bank to report the fraud, give them the citation number from the police department, and file a chargeback.5. Let your bank deal with this POS scamming company Shein.6. File Shein as a scam on this BBB website.7. WRITE, WRITE, WRITE reviews. Spread the words to all your friends, family, coworkers, aquaintances so everyone is aware of the scam Shein is doing. STOP SUPPORTING THIS SCAM BUSINESS!Shein, people trusted you to not scam them. They buy thousands of products from you everyday but you steal from people everyday by falsifying tracking numbers. I hope one day you will meet your deadly end.
