Hi, my order was delivered and left outside during close of business hours of my apartment main office. I've never received my packages. Your carrier SpeedX never called nor texted me to inquire about times on delivery. They were stolen. I have ordered with Shein with no problem before and I am having a difficult time with contacting customer service.Please advise.Thank you.Review from Mackenzie O

I have been going back and forth with SHEIN since June 30th and am completely over it at this point. They refuse to give me any sort of refund, store credit, or resend my items to me that were not delivered. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my entire life. This company is such a scam and has my almost $200 they they are keeping like it was some sort of donation. DO NOT SHOP HERE.Review from Susan K

Took over a month and when tracking notification said "delivered" it WAS NOT HERE!They said it was delivered and signed for, but gave me no proof of a signature.They asked me if I would accept a second free delivery and I said yes.If I do get my full order i promised l would adjust my reviews.Review from Ednika W

I read reviews on other sites and figured the clothes were great and ordeeed all the clothes from Shein prior to my vacation and I was ripped off. The fabric is horrible and all the items were useless because I wasnt wearing them. Its a what I ordered vs what I got. They attempt to sew clothing to try and make them look like the clothing they advertise and it is horrible what they d. The fabric is horrible. Those reviews are by shein and in order to leave a review on their website you have to give your informant and they do not allow it to post. This company takes your money for orders. Claims they have been shipped and delivered when they haven't. Then only wants to refund part of your money because they have also suffered a great loss. I wish I could add screenshot. Please everyone don't be stupid like I was.Review from Glenda M

THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM, I ORDERED MULTIPLE THINGS ON MAY 29TH, AND HAVE CONTACTED THEM MULTIPLE ****S JUST TO HAVE THEM TELL ME TO BE PATIENT. THEN THE LAST **** I CONTACTED THEM THEY INFORMED ME THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS AND MAKE SURE THEY DIDNT RECIEVE THEM. WHEN I WAS WATCHING THE TRACKING NUMBER, THEY GAVE ME. IT SAID THAT I WAS IN MY TOWN FOR 9 DAYS. BEFORE THEY SAID IT WAS DELIVERED. I CONTACTED THEM AND ALL THE SUDDEN MY ORDER WASNT ANYWHERE ON THEIR SITE ALONG WITH THE TRACKING INFORMATION. I SHOULDNT NEVER HAVE ORDER FROM THEM, BUT YOU LIVE AND LEARN. I JUST DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN. COMPANY ISNT WORTH THE **** OF DAY. THANK YOU.Review from Colleen D

On May 23,2024 I placed an order with SHEIN. They took the money out of my account and I never received my items. I contacted the company and they sent me to customer service. **************** wanted me to pay ***** some dollars for them to track my package. Why should I pay extra for a package I never received. That is high way robbery. They are the ones that lost my package and I cant even get a refund from SHEIN. The customer review is ZERO. WHAT IS THE PEOPLE DOING ABOUT SHEIN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF IF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY! Something needs to be done! Over thousands of packages delivered damaged undelivered but delivered! Delivery drivers unprofessional this is ridiculous!Review from Teresa S

I have ordered several things through Shein and lately I haven't received my items. I received an empty package the other day and my order was NOT in there. Shein refuses to credit me back. I am also missing other items in the orders and they will not reply regarding those.Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH SHEIN. THEY ARE A TOTAL TOTAL SCAM!!!All they say is "it was delivered" and they refuse to refund me.Review from Mikhel P

SHEIN has a data breach and made purchases using my card without my knowing. I had to cancel my card and reach out to all of my accounts with that card. When I contacted shein, they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I will never shop here again. I feel good about that as well because who wants to shop at a place that has child labor rumors flying around?
