I've been a customer for years. As of lately I had found this ppl are selling used underwear that haven't been cleaned this very unsanitary. As of yesterday i bought several pieces of clothing As I went to the register the lady wouldn't allow myself to check the clothes as I scanned them to make sure they were not damaged she was ******* me out I told her please make sure all the zippers work. She said yes they work. As I ended I started checking and one of the jeans the zipper was broken. The manager ***** said you already bought them we cannot exchange or refund you money back. As a long time customer a felt taken advantage of. They have a line of several ppl doing inventory before the put clothes for sale. For one dirty underwear should not be sold and 2 they should inspect the merchandise and if something is broken or missing should be labeled and let the buyer have the option if they want to buy or not with the damage. I payed 40 for the pants that zipper was broken the least they could of done was exchanged since I've never left the store yet at that point. I know we are on pandemic but they shouldn't be taken advantage of the poor ppl. It's not right. Now to fix the pants zipper cost is 20 dollars. I could of bought them new for the same price and no defects. What a scam they are running this year for a non profit. This myunique is on ******************************************.
