    on 1/6/25 I sent my friend to inquire about obtaining an engine and transmission for my 2018 KIA ********* He spoke to ****** which informed him that they have one with 20,000-40,000 miles and a down payment is needed **** to have it delivered on Friday to my mechanic. I visited the business on the morning of 1/7/25 and made the down payment of $2,500. Friday came and no engine was delivered, I called ****** and he informed me that it would be delivered the next day which is Saturday 1/11/25. That I should have my mechanic call him to coordinate time. On Saturday my mechanic kept calling and getting the run around. I visited the business on Tuesday and requested my refund because I have to rent a vehicle to get to work and this situation is costing me more money than anticipated and their receipt said "deposits would not be held for more than 7days" ****** then informed me that I cannot get my refund but the engine will be delivered the next day. I kept getting the run around for more than a week, I kept calling and not getting results. Then I visited the business again and **** (the guy who told me he places the orders) that I would get my engine in the next few days. I told him I want my refund, he told me his boss not in ** and he cannot issue it. He asked that I give him till the Friday delivery was delayed because of the snow storm. **** then was not at work and ***** (who said he was ****** boss) contacted me on 1/21/25 saying that he will have my engine delivered before the end of the week. I had asked ***** numerous times for the **** and the miles and he refused to share the information stating that I'm getting 6months warranty so that should not matter. The engine was finally delivered on 1/28/25. My mechanic installed it and I did the Carfax to realize that it's a 2017 engine with ******+ miles. This is not what I paid for my agreement was for a 2018 KIA ******** engine and transmission with 20,000-40,000 miles and would like a refund.

    On January ******* I went to liberty auto parts located at ********************************************************. I paid $525 for 4 parts for my ******* ****** 2015 limited. Ive yet to get the products everyday I go *** says to come back. I ask for a refund he said you aint getting no money . Yesterday I called and asked bout my parts and he said someone should be cutting the rail off another ****** so I can get the parts and a partial refund. Which is 1 bumper cover, 1 driver side fender,1 driver side fender rail and the headlights (which *** ordered the wrong part on his own). Ive called the cops they said its nothing they can do they get called multiple times a day for the same thing. They robbed me my money and I cant drive my car this is not fair its going on two months since I paid for parts and I dont have it only lies and games.

    On November 2nd 2024 I paid for an engine to get shipped to me in ************** I have called multiple times they keep saying tomorrow on the 28th of December 2024 I called they cursed me and hang up the phone

    Date of transaction- 11-10-23 Amount of money paid-$272.19 The business committed a hood/Bonet for my car I paid in full for the hood and they told me two weeks came back kept giving me a run around after coming in twice a week in person for 2 and a half months kept telling me its coming soon and well have it delivered to your house i got fed up called and requested a refund ****** the so called boss kept telling me the boss is not here to give you a refund come back on the weekends when I came back on the weekend still the same issue with with telling me to come back another time when I called and told and ask him whats going on is this a scam ****** the boss got mad and hung up the phone they did not try to refund my money or give me what I paid for

    My nephew was visiting the ** and stop of at liberty auto parts to buy an engine for his car. He purchased the engine anf ask if they do delivery they said yes. He ask to be delivered and a shipping agency and it has not been delivered. This transaction took place on 9/14/23. It was supposed to be delivered 2 days later and up until today it has not been delivered. They said they were unable to deliver it so it will have to be pick-up so someone went to pick it ip and still we cannot get it. I made dozen of calls and still no help. On four occasions someone went to pick it up and yet no they didn't give it to them.. I asked for a refund and they refused to give a refund.. they have the money and still have the product.. please help.

    ****** a worker stated that he has my doors. I came for my doors and he gave me one door and said he will personally deliver it. I came back and he was doped up on drugs and I have video of this. I came back to get my money and I get cursed out and threatened. I just want my money back for products I paid for. 6 customers are here now complaining

    In the beginning of March 2023 I purchased a door from this business. The door was damaged and not useable, so I called within 30 minutes of purchasing it and was told I would receive a refund. I go in, return the damaged door and am asked to return in the afternoon for my refund. I return that afternoon and am told by the salesman that I damaged the door on my own and will not be receiving a refund. I was also screamed at, cursed at, and threatened by this salesman. I was also spoken to disrespectfully by the manager. After going back and forth, I am left with no refund, no store credit, no solution and Liberty Auto Parts has their damaged door they sold to me.

    On January 31st, 2023 at 10:46 am, I purchased a ********** headlight with cash from Liberty Auto Parts in Jamaica, Queens. I took it to my mechanic the next day, but when it was installed it did not work. I went back to Liberty Auto Parts on February 2nd, 2023, where an employee by the first name of *** guaranteed that I would be reimbursed for the headlight since it did not work. I gave the headlight back that day. *** told me via phone call that if I brought my receipt, I could receive a check with my reimbursement. On March 7th, 2023, I went back to Liberty Auto Parts to pick up my check as we had agreed upon. Upon my arrival, *** told me that he did not have my money and that I would not be getting a refund. He then began berating me and cursing at me in front of other customers at the establishment. He then told me to leave the store and that I would not be getting a refund even though he had made a verbal agreement to do so. After being threatened by ***, I called the police and filed a police report. Additionally, due to the pollution and poor ventilation of the business, I have been experiencing heavy coughing.     I recently purchased an engine for a 2012 *** 535xi from Liberty Auto Parts for $4000. We were told that the engine was running and ready to go in another car. Moments after the engine was installed and the car started, the engine was knocking indicating something was damaged internally. The shop promised to have someone come out and check the engine and no one ever showed up, nor did we get our money back. For about 2 weeks they gave us the run around and it seemed they had no intention to give a refund or even another engine. As of today they refuse to do anything all , and are claiming we must take them to court.
