            I contacted Chautauqua removers to rent a trailer for 3 to 4 days. The trailer was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday and the total amount was going to be $350 I had to call Wednesday night to find out where the trailer was because it was not delivered, they did say that they would deliver the trailer the next day on a Thursday. I was contacted on ******** Sunday night around 10:00 PM stating that I need to return the trailer that Monday between noon and one or I was getting charged an extra $150 per day. I set Chautauqua removers a message stating they can pick up their trailer Tuesday at 1 o’clock. Chautauke removers messaged me Tuesday about 1:45 and stated that Trailer was overweight and they were gonna have to charge me a extra $200 for the weight and a extra $150 for having it another day. I told them I was going to have it for 3-4 day and weekends don’t count. I get a bill for $700 when it should have only been $350. I’ve heard from other people now this is a common issue the chautauqua removers. I have not and will not pay the extra amount. I want other people the beware for they do not get scammed out of money.

            Amazing Company! They Removed all my junk from my basement in a very professional manner! Very polite & knowledgeable company- also Rented a Dumpster from them. Will always call Chautauqua Removal, they are the best company in Chautauqua County!
