    Bill Bloom put a new roof on my garage and house a few years back. I noticed a piece of ridge shingle came off the garage roof weeks back, exposing the sheeting and OSB board he installed. I called the business “Anytype Construction” and left several messages for him to call back. I finally got him on the line. He said he would send someone to look at it. It’s been about three weeks… still no show. Yesterday my son came to visit and went into the attic of our house and noticed a piece of roofing was missing on the ridgeline where the vent should be, leaving an open hole 3” wide by 18” long… rain is coming in. I called today and left a message asking him to call me back regarding these repairs... no return call. Last year I paid another contractor $1500 to repair damage done to garage dormers in which his crew put no flashing between the roof and dormer sides. Water got in, expanded/rotted the OSB board he put in and leaked throughout the garage. I had extensive ceiling and rafter damage done. The new contractor replaced the OSB board, and re-shingled both dormer roofs Once again calls but no response. The contractor commented “how few nails” were put into the shingling. Also how nail heads were pushing up under the shingles. Bill Bloom does fast but “shoddy” work, using a minimal amount of resources in the process… hence the damage.
