I cant begin to tell you how badly my elderly Mom was recently treated by Atlantic Coast. My parents were annual customers for over 30 years, shipping their car from Long Island to ******* and back. In the last few years, the service has deteriorated, but this year it bordered on abusive. My Mom was told to drop her car in ***** **** on 2/2, with the expectation of delivery in 3-4 days. When she did not get notified of the cars arrival after a week, she started to call ****** an employee at the yard in *************, **.When she called this morning, to see if it would be today, ****** proceeded to berate her, dropped a few * bombs and yelled at her for calling to check!The poor woman was so upset today, she could barely do anything but cry.SHAME on you Atlantic Coast! You used to be an honorable family run business-but no longer the case! Over 30 years, I would guess my parents paid you at least $18-20k! You should ashamed of yourselves for treating ANYONE like this, much less a long time elderly customer. We have already found another highly recommended company who charges what you do, and includes complimentary pickup and delivery. I plan to share this experience with everyone I know so they wont be treated this way!

Dear *****, I am Sorry to Hear of this, We at Atlantic Coast have Built our reputation has an Honorable and reliable transport company for over 24 years, we ship over 10k cars a year and value your business very much. ****** you mention in your complaint is an " outside service" we use as terminal in * ******* and Im very disappointed to learn that your Mom was Talked to in that manner. I as the Owner will Do whats is necessary to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else. Again I am truly Sorry that this happened. I will Follow up with a Phone Call to you as well .
